Great informative book, helps with inflammation.
Slow start to the book, seems overwhelming, but if you stick it out, I gets better! Very informative about how we can make changes in our habits that will help us to feel more in control of our bodies, and health!

Get this book
This book was life changing. With even just a week of the recommended changes I was feeling much better with more energy and no aches or pains. Although it is a difficult lifestyle to maintain (for me at least,) it is worth understanding and at least trying. I 10/0 recommend for anyone with an immune disease.

Steps for healing
How many of us go to the doctor for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, insomnia, depression, etc., and are given a pill to make it go away? Well the goal of this book is to make us honestly assess our lives, and take some responsibility for our choices. Poor diet, sedentary lifestyles, and poor sleep habits are stressors to the body that cause inflammation. This book goes over ways to improve those poor habits, thereby decreasing inflammation and helping your body heal itself. Each chapter is presented in a clear and concise manner. One of the things that I really liked is that the book isn’t too preachy in its message. The author’s acknowledge that change can be difficult, and also acknowledge that even small changes are a step in the right direction. This is a pretty short and easy read and I would recommend it for pretty much anyone who is experiencing health issues. It certainly won’t cure everyone, but it could definitely help some of us.Thank you to NetGalley for this advanced reader copy. All opinions expressed in this review are my own.

An Important read that will change your life!
This book is super easy to read and full of information about the importance of healing your body of inflammation that you probably don't even know you have! We sadly ignore or push through when our bodies are speaking to us..This book explains the science behind inflammation and uses language that can be understood by anyone not just people in the medical field. Most importantly, these doctors give the reader solutions to problems not just explain the problem! I read it in two sittings and will go back and read again because there really is that much information that can be applied to your every day life. Do yourself a favor and read this book! Enjoy the journey to good health and feeling well!

Very informative
I read this book because I deal with numerous chronic health issues. Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, severe spinal damage,etc. I have inflammation quite often. Also, as a nurse, I am interested in,update information on health. Practically, natural medicine, which seems to to help me the most. Although I read a lot about natural medicine, I did learn some new things reading this book and I would recommend everyone read this. It can help even healthy people learn to avoid future health issues. It is not written in complex medical terminology either. An easy read that's easy to understand. So I highly recommend this book to everyone. Good health to all. ❤

I enjoyed reading this book to get into the right frame of mind to change eating and lifestyle habits, but it wasn’t information that I didn’t already know.
