I like to purchase replacement items when possible. In this case, the door did not fit. Since I purchased this several years back I cannot return. But be aware the door does not fit the GoPro 7 Black.

The replacement cover for the GoPro 7 Black battery compartment did not fit. I bought two of them and neither fit. Suggests it is an engineering/design flaw, not just a manufacturing issue. The problem area was the diagonal edge near the top left (with exterior of door facing you). Wrong angle.
