I purchased these eggs as a preventative measure for when my hens start to lay eggs. I had heard a horror story about hens pecking their eggs, cracking them open and destroying the shell. My hens weren’t laying but I knew the time was coming soon. They are laying eggs just fine with no destruction. So this purchase wasn’t necessary but I will be keeping them in case my hens decide they want to brood. The eggs are very durable and very well made! They look and feel like real eggs, just a bit more heavy. I highly recommend this product!

The eggs are very realistic and being made of wood (poplar, I think) makes them useful for lots of things. I sliced one in half on a band saw and made replacement eyes for my tree face.

I bought these wooden eggs for my prek class to use in the housekeeping area. They are sturdy and hold up well to four year olds play. They are made out of wood and look real!

This eggs work for my chickens. Don't ask how but they stay clean and they look real fooling chickens to lay eggs wherever I want by placing them in a nest.
