Finally!!!!
Always loved sandwich makers but hated that I couldn't remove the plates for cleaning. Enter this baby. Not only can you remove the plates, but it also has plates for waffles. The plates are a bit thin, but love that I can remove them for cleaning. Why aren't they all made this way???

Nice product
Great for grilled cheese but couldn’t make a waffle like I hoped but I think it could have been user error. It’s easy to fit in cabinet!

Easy to use
We absolutely love this little machine! It's so convenient and user-friendly. We originally got it to satisfy our cravings for grilled cheese sandwiches, looking for a quicker and easier way to make them. But what we didn't expect was how much fun it would bring to our home! My autistic son, in particular, has been going to town making waffles non-stop since we got it. It's been a fantastic experience watching him enjoy this so much. It truly is a worthwhile investment that's created unforgettable moments for the whole family!

Nightmare Cleanup
When I first turned the unit on it was smoking and it was giving off a very weird smell even though I washed everything before I used it for the first time. It did a good enough job as a panini press, but then the fun really starts. After one use, it looks like I've owned it for a few years and the cleanup was an absolute nightmare. There was cheese leaking out of every part of the unit after one use. It seems like the design should be much easier to use and clean up versus what it is. There is now cheese glued to parts of it that I can't even remove. I bought this based on a high rating but I would never purchase this product again. In fact, I'm not sure I'll use it again very often as it takes a long time to clean up after.

It's useful but if there weren't so many little areas to clean
Makes fluffy waffles, sandwiches good, haven't tried the grill plates yet. All around ok except....batter from waffles gets into little crevices, not that easy to clean
