Easy to use.
I originally bought this to spray on my dog when she went to the vet but it’s not practical for that. The dog would be soaked because it has the texture of water. However after her surgery she became temporarily incontinent so this became invaluable. I didn’t want to throw her in the bathtub so this was used like a bed bath and sanitized the affected area. It removed the smell and cleaned her up wonderfully.

Really like it but can be better!
This is great but can be better. I personally (strangely) love the scent of this... it's like this sterile medical smell? I know it's just scent, but that alone makes me feel like it's sanitizing, oddly. Truth be told, who realllly knows if this is actually sanitizing... I guess you just have to trust that it's working. I primarily use it to clean my dogs' butts after they poop messy & it does get rid of the smell vs. dog wipes. The 3 things I don't like are:A.) It's price point (too $$).B.) The fact that the nozzle sprays straight horizontal/vertical shots. I understand the thinking behind it, but for 2 fearful puppies like mine, the nozzle shoots out too hard & the straight horizontal/vertical way it comes out doesn't work in my favor. It'd be nice if 1 of the nozzle sides had a normal circular mist option.C.) It makes your pet's hair sticky... it eventually dries out & that stickiness results in your pet's hair to be more voluminous, but it leaves this film that that you can feel on your hands when you touch them.

Sani Pet is absolutely a blessing to my Pet and I !
This is a must to share how wonderful this product!I have a 5 month old cocker spaniel puppy that suffers from allergic reactions to grass. He means the world to me and after changing food, adding supplements he still had no relief from the constant scratching daily & nightly . I had no other choice but to contact my Vet for help for both us to get a good nights sleep (he sleeps right by my head ) My vet suggested we try monthly shots to help with all the allergies in the air and grass. This is pretty expensive at $90 bucks a month !I heard from a friend how Absorbine had a new product out Sani Pet killing 99.9 germs , bacteria & alcohol free for animals and maybe that could help. My mission was to find the quickest way to get and try since to durning COVID time too I was concerned with visits to the park, groomer etc. Each time he is out I spray him down then rub in lightly clean smell and there is no more constant scratching! It doesn’t take a lot of product with the wonderful sprayer either! Thanks to ABSORBINE for coming out with such a great product I am so impressed and happy 😊

Great value- Excellent Product
I have a dog that is almost 20 years old. She is unable to clean herself and as she's deaf and blind, I was looking for a solution other than bathing her every day. (This is scary for her.)This spray had been a lifesaver. I spray her little tummy where she can't clean. This has eliminated any odor. I am so thankful I found this product!

Mechanic scent, but does it work?
I give this product a 3-star, mostly because im undecided on whether or not I like it. We used it for the first time, yesterday. We went to the vet, they took her in without me, and im not sure how/if they clean between patients (aka pets). So, I felt the need to use the spray on my pup. I read the instructions where it said to spray until the coat is wet and let it air dry. Thats what i did. My pup didnt seem to mind getting sprayed eventhough this was her first time. She didnt even bother to lick any of it, which i was expecting since bottle said they have added a bittering agent to prevent this. This part i liked; how easy it was to apply and the fact that my dog was ok with it.Regardless, i left her to air-dry on our ride home (she stays inside her crate in the back of my truck). My son was the first to notice that something was off but he assumed the pup had gotten a "truck" smell. I shrugged it off because i wasnt sure what he meant (i hadnt smelled it at that time). Today (next day), i am giving her some loving and i notice a funny smell. I wasnt sure what it was til i ask my family if they smelled it too. They agreed and said it was the dog. So i smelled closer and sure enough it WAS her. The scent is hard to describe but, if i had to, i would say it closely resembles that of a mechanic with soiled clothes (that oily smell they get at the end of the day). So now shes walking around smelling like a mechanic because of the sanitizer, which i used on her yesterday.Yes, i gave my dog loving yesterday but i guess i didnt notice the scent because most times we were outside, when i interacted with her. This time im inside and the scent its strong enough to offend, when close to her, but not strong enough to fill the home. This part i dont like.I tried to use her no-rinse shampoo, to get the scent off, but i can still smell it. It overpowers the shampoo smell, for sure. Im hoping the scent wears off soon. This is why im rating the product a 3-star. I guess it works as intended (there is no way for me to know for sure since im not swabbing my dog before and after, and testing for germs). But i say this because if the scent is there then it must mean its working, right? But the scent is not a nice one, so i think there can be some improvement there. Would I recommend this product? If it actually works then, YES, i will recommend it. Why? Because i rather my dog to smell like mechanic and be sanitized than to possibly get sick from having stepped on another dogs feces. So i guess it depends on which is more important to you!

Easy peace of mind
My pup and I go on a lot of walks and adventures. She regularly is either leaping through tall grass, running through the woods, splashing through ponds or happily greeting every human and dog she meets. Having SaniPet ready on-hand as soon as we get back home gives me the peace of mind that whatever germs or yuck are on her are easy to get rid of before she comes back inside. She doesn't like to be sprayed with anything, so I soak a towel with the spray, wipe her until she's damp and she's good to go. She doesn't mind it at all, it dries quickly, and it seems to even make her coat a bit shiny.Plus I have a close friend who is extremely allergic to any kind of poison ivy/poison oak, so I'm especially happy knowing that after I've use SaniPet, she is safe to pet my pup who loves her. Definitely a great product, and a great price to have it handy at all times.
