Ordered this product about 2 weeks ago and I've been using it on a daily basis. On the tress relieving factor I can say that it feels like its working while it tastes good too.... Great product.

Some common knowledge about A.Gandha:I have been an Ashwagandha consumer for several years. I would know for sure when it works.- To know Ashwagandha works for you - take one or two tablets before you go to sleep. You will feel well rested and fresh even if you sleep for less than 4 hours. Your energy levels will be very high during the day. The true effect will take at least a week depending on your condition.- However, Ashwagandha is not a magic potion. It does correct your hormone levels (Which is the root of all ailments) but takes a lot of time for you to see visible changes.- Avoid consuming Ashwagandha during the day unless you have some physical work to do. For desk jobs that are boring, you will fall asleep in no-time since you are less stressed and feel peaceful. :-)Tablet review:Cons:- Pricey tablet, but buy it in bulk when there is a deal between Rs 200-250.- Tablets are brittle and some of them are broken into 1/2. Not sure if the 1/2 portion tables are deliberately broken for easy consumption. Nevertheless, you will need at least 2 tablets for it to work. Unlike capsules, tablets have only half the efficacy.Pros:- It works and it is a genuine product.- I have been taking it for over two weeks now and I started feeling well rested since the second week.- It seems to aid other ayurvedic medicines to work well.

The tablets are good & works quite well. I can feel the difference with and without on daily basis. Long term, haven’t been able to reach any conclusion. I have included this in my daily routine. However, one a day before breakfast works fine.

Starred from last 5 days let's see what's come outcome btw tablet is covered eith chocolate layer and its quite good

Happy with the results, as im getting good sleep and i am able to manage my stress/anxiety. Im gonna continue having this supplement!
