The suction cup worked nicely to remove a BR30 bulb that was 15 feet up
I was skeptical of whether the suction cup would work worth a darn on a BR30 light that is 15 feet up in my vaulted ceiling. I used it on the end of an up-to-24 foot extension pole, of which I only needed about half the length to reach the bulb. Attached the string to the suction cup, applied a little spit wetness to the suction cup, and pressed the suction cup onto the bulb face. Had to slide the cup around a little to center on the bulb face. To my surprise, when I spun the pole counter clockwise, the old bulb turned to loosen! The process of installing the new bulb wasn't bad either, got it on the first try. Had to refresh the spit wetness a little on the suction cup, put the new bulb on the cup, pushed it in, lifted it up to the recessed light fixture, and turned it clockwise to tighten. Took a little maneuvering to get it started threading into the socket, but not bad. Mostly just trying to match the angle of the socket with the angle of the bulb threads.I chose this kit because it has exactly the bulb grabber features I need, one for high-up recessed BR30 or PAR 30/38 bulbs, regular "classic" light bulbs, and BR/PAR bulbs that are outside, e.g. in motion detector fixtures. So far, happy with this kit, and will update the review if it fails or struggles with other bulb replacement scenarios. I think I'll also use it with regular kitchen ceiling BR30 bulbs and a broomstick handle, because it might work better and safer and easier than tall stool and hand-operated replacement.

Great! But be careful
I want to be clear, it works perfectly for changing light bulbs, but you have to be careful. You must make the change with patience and care because it is fragile, if you apply a lot of force the ring can bend. You can repair it if it bends easily but if you break it you won't be able to use it anymore. If you do it carefully it is a perfect tool, it worked very well for me and I had no problems, your electrical installation must be well done or you could bring the complete electrical part 😂. It holds the light bulbs very well, and you can turn the piece without problem to remove them

Not Very Durable
Well the first light bulb I tried to change, which was a flood light bulb, the flood light adjuster broke.. Really cheaply made and really thin material. Which is probably why it can adjust, but also why it broke immediately. Also one of the tightening bolts I had to switch out because it wasn't locking the piece in place on the extension pole. The suction cup thing actually worked super well though! Even though that is the one that had the locking bolt broken, I took the locking nut from the broken flood light attachment and it worked though. I got this for a way to change lights, and the suction cup will work for all my needs... But the other two attachments probably won't last more than like 3 uses. Pulling the standard lightbulb attachment out of the package kind of warped it. But suction cup alone made this purchase relatively worth it.

Works Just As Advertised
The set works great. Our new home has a number of light bulbs that are out of reach for mortals even with a ladder. We have some areas with 24' ceilings. The kit works just as described. The suction cup mount works bet if you wet it (just a bit of spit on your finger to form a better seal. There is a piece of string that ties to a tab, that you pull on to release the seal to detach the light bulb. Now a couple of things. If the light bulbs you're trying to remove have been screwed in too tight previously, no tool like this will get it out. You'll likely need to call someone to do the initial removal and be upset at your builder or the prior owner. If you use this kit to install a bulb, you'll be able to uninstall.Second, removing bulbs - easy.Replacing bulbs - that's a bit more of a challenge. An Edison based bulb has almost no tolerance between the socket and bulb connection, and getting that perfect alignment 20+ feet in the air takes some practice. It is best to push and turn at the same time. If you're using a quality pole with this kit you'll "feel" it start to thread - can't explain it better than that.Kit works with just about any pole that has a universal thread on it.

Cheap quality at high price
These are awful. The large changer's ring broke while I was trying to get my bulb out. I ordered the replacement set (another $35) and tried to use the suction changer. The string that is sent is flimsy and tangled, I could not use it.Cheap quality at high price.

This works really well
I have a mini flood light that is attached to 30 feet ceiling. When the bulb burns out it has always been a real problem replacing since the light fixture is in the middle of the ceiling I would need a huge A frame ladder to reach it. Last year I bought a suction cup type bulb changer and that was a disaster. It was impossible to know when the bulb was attached and I would ended up dropping and breaking several bulbs. This Bayco kit has solved the problem perfectly. The way the "fingers" slip over the bulb provides a very positive indication when the bulb it attached. The little friction pads on the fingers do a great job of holding firmly onto the bulb so it can be screwed in or out.Congratulation to the engineers at Bayco, they have an excellent solution. There is no way to drop the bulb using this kit.The kit does include a suction cup. I am not sure why, maybe they include it so you can know how bad life would be if that is all you had. I suggest you just throw it away and stick to the two (large and small) grabber tools.

Not recommended
It fits the bulb fine but it unthreads itself from the extension pole when trying to unscrew a bulb that has been in place for a while. There is a set screw on the side to keep it from unthreading but the set screw is just threaded into the plastic so you cannot get it sufficiently tight to keep it on the extension pole. Mine has stripped and the plastic shaft has cracked. You might look for a more durable option, perhaps one with some metal fittings that can be sufficiently tightened. If the bulb is extremely loose, it will work but if your bulbs are tight this tool will not work.
