Worked great! My stitches were very tight but these did a good job of getting under or cutting right at the very tip of the scissors.

Handy if you have livestock. You can remove sutures and save money on another farm call.

I bought this because I needed a pair of sterile scissors to use for wound treatment home. They come sterile and then I wiped down with rubbing alcohol and used for only one person, to care for a wound. Great price and fast shipping.

but I am broke af and don't want to pay 600 bucks for a dermatologist to cut some string. I read up on proper technique to avoid risking infection, and it went very smoothly.

I ordered this suture removal kit to have stitches taken out of my back by my husband (a physician). I ordered the simplest set with the quickest delivery I could find. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. The scissors were too thick on the end and not nearly sharp enough and the tweezer tip did not come together when pinched making it impossible to grab anything. Fortunately I married a McGyver and he improvised.

This is a basic suture removal kit, and it gets the job done. The scissors aren’t the best quality—I ended up purchasing a separate pair that worked much better. That said, if you just need an inexpensive kit for removing a small, simple suture, this will do the trick. If you think you’ll be removing more than expected, it’s worth investing in a better pair of scissors to save yourself the hassle.
