Received Opened & Project Partially Completed
I received this kit where the rug has already been worked on and partially completed. There’s a lot of packaging missing, yarn missing, and the box was completely opened. There is some sort of white powder that fell out of the box and there is human hair on some of the yarn. At this point I’m just hoping the white powder isn’t cocaine. This is so bad. This is not only annoying and a waste of money but also a health hazard and completely disgusting. Who knows who has been handling this item. I purchased this as new and was sent a used item. If I want to return it I now have to pay $7.99 to ship this back? No thanks. Disgusting, terrible experience. Do not recommend.

It shows this rug in front of storage totes barely the size of a placemat!
There was nothing to like honestly. The photo showed a bigger size(it’s too small for anything but maybe a placemat. The numbers do not line up and I had to quit after finding this on early in my project. Wish I had known because I would have requested a refund. Very unsatisfactory and a disappointment.

Canvas too small
Had to purchase a latch hook blank canvas to do this on because original wasn't big enough.

Smells funny
I’m waiting until summer before I can work on this rug. Strong smell and my allergies kick in after 10 minutes of working on it.
