These taste like black licorice. Blend ins smoothie with fruits and yogurt can hardly taste. If texture is a thing for you I wouldn’t recommend . Helped build my milk for breastfeeding though after a week of once a day use. There’s so much there it’s definitely worth the money! Helps me to digest my food and clean out my bowels.
