My new go to brand!
I got both the red and black. Tried it when i smoked ox tails, The color out the smoker was just beautiful, the flavor was so on point that i had to save the broth from braising to make fresh Ramen noodles.If this aint sitting in your cabinet, you are doing yourself an injustice.

Great seasonings
Hardcore Carnivore are some of the best seasonings out there. A lot of variety. Red is great for pork shoulder.

Good product in moderation
I’m a big fan of the Hardcore Carnivore black beef rub on steaks so I figured I’d give this a try as well. The flavor is great but be warned it is extremely salty, I’m not sure if they offer a low sodium version of this or not but if they do that would be the one I would buy.I would suggest you do a taste test with a little on your finger tip before applying it to whatever you may be grilling so you can better judge how much to use so you don’t ruin your food. It does have a great flavor but now I know to use it lightly.

A great rub for Pork and Chicken
It is well balanced and has a slight peppery bite to it. It produces a great color when smoked.
