Works great for aquariums with or without lids
I have a rimless aquarium with no lid and this device allows me to run an air stone in the tank while preventing water from splashing onto the floor. It also keeps water from splashing onto the LED light I installed over the aquarium for aquatic plant growth. Even in aquariums with glass lids this device is still useful as it keeps water from splashing onto the underside of the lid which means less mineral deposits to clean. In my natural, heavily planted tanks where the substrate is soil topped with sand I don't use filtration just air stones so this device is all I install and it works great.

It’s really really fragile
Just look at it and it will break. Glass is weak. Can hardly imagine how all this is able to handle the pressure from the bubbler stone itself. If this thing breaks in the tank, it would be a disaster. Move on and get one with better glass and better stability. Don’t waste your money on this one.

Buy it,it works but read bellow.
Came on time, nothing broken and works as advertised. My only gripe is that it seems like the bubble stone comes off the glass stem with time.Because of that I only gave it 4 stars.

It has all you need, and minimizes the spray of water when the bubbles pop at the surface.
What’s great about this is in nano tanks the water sprays out the top, leaves water marks and evaporates faster, this minimizes the water coming out and disperses the oxygen into the water instead of spraying out.Well you do need a pump, but you can easily use one of those quiet nano pumps that suction to the side of tank no matter the size of the aquarium. Cut a tiny piece or however long you would like the air hose length. Take the air hose and put one end on your air stone then the other end of the air hose to the nipple of the glass sleeve. You will need extra air hose to attach to the top of the glass sleeve. Once you have a piece attached to the outside of the sleeve run it out of the tank and place the anti siphon piece on, then attach more hose to the pump. Those little Nano pumps work well and come with extra hose.It also has the anti siphon little thing you use to prevent water back siphoning to the air pump. The correct side to point to the air pump is the wider part. If water back siphons up through the air hose to air pump one side the plug will slide down and block water from entering the pump. The skinnier side of the plug points toward the tank or glass sleeve. If unsure or water does back flow, simply blow it out and let air dry. If you can blow one side that is the part that connect to toward the air pump. The side that blows air out is the side that points toward the glass sleeve. (You can’t blow out of it on the side that points toward the glass sleeve. Make sure it’s out of the water and closer to your air pump.

Works perfectly, no more water splashing
Does exactly what I needed, stopped the water from splashing out on the floor and wall plus it does not draw attention away from when I am looking at the fish and plants.

I have 6
I have 6I siliconed both the hose and the air hole. I have a co2 tank , with a 50ft line, and a wand. I simply fill up the glass with co2 and let it dissolve into the tanks. works really well.

Totally different
I ordered 2, one collects air an spews out air every couple seconds like advertised. The other one just spews out out large bubbles a couple with in each second. It just seem the air hole is to large and placed to high on this one.
