Faulty from the start
Had cosmetic damage on the back. Screen freeze constantly, typing and calling people without me being anywhere near it. No product support was offered and I was unable to get the Amazon renewed guarantee as it just kept referring me to seller. Seller didn't offer any product support or cover the return postage fees. I can't believe they didn't know this product was faulty due to the damage obvious. I gave it a few months of trying to do resets etc. worst renewed phone I have ever paid for

It's a decent phone!
I have had sony phones for the last 12 ish years.Usually I replace them every couple years because of general wear and tear.My one of these is coming up for replacement.But I have to agree with some of the reviews saying this isn't a good phone.My parents also both have the same phone, and we all have the same issue where the screen will lock so we have to lock and unlock it again.I find it to generally be a little bit clunky and slow sometimes too.And when plugged in and charging, typing can be a hassle as it can have a mind of its own.But over all, if you only really want the phone to do basic calls and texts, it's decent.

Very pleased.
Was worried about buying this, but I definitely shouldn't have been. I had the L3 previously, this phone is amazing so far .No issues, works really well, battery life is great. Easy to set up and transfer items from previous phone. Couldn't be happier

Charger trouble
Over all the phone is a good phone the camera quality is good enough and it's a nice slim design the only issue that I had was being sent a fault plug and wire with the phone leading me to have to buy a new one, I was concerd the the phone was broken and I had been scammed because the battery was taking a while to charge, being left on charge over night with then 60% battery in the morning after buying a new lead and plug (not the same make as the phone) is has been charging really quickly
