What is the difference from this and Uni-Liver? Which is better??

Aminos are building blocks for building, repair, and growth. I find taking the aminos before bedtime helps me sleep and recover from a day of hard work/ exercise. The beef liver tablets give you full spectrum nutrition especially B- complex , minerals, A,D.E. It was used in the 1950s and 1960s by high performing Olympians, body builders, and athletes. It is natural and cheap and it works. Think of Beef liver is basically a super multivitamin. I take 4 tablet of each everyday unless I am training for an event , then I double/triple the dose.

These tablets are large. Can they be dissolved in a smoothie ?

Nope, they are huge just like their Uni liver tabs. They will not dissolve while blended either. I used a pill crusher, and it is a definite messy hassle.

How do you think this would be for a postmenopausal woman who lost 165pounds and a lot of muscle mass along the way. Still semi young 53? Losing hair

I don't think it would have a lot of effect. It basically gives you all the amino acids from beef without the calories. It is normally used for maintaining or building muscle on a calorie restriction. I would look at some maca reviews.

Good price for good aminos

Found these originally in a vitamin store chain but they don't carry them anymore. Kind of have an odor but I feel that I've found the best amino tablets for my needs.

Love these, as I have gone threw atleast 5 containers.

It works great, but the pills are in larger side. I would not have gone threw so many if I did not love these. As there are very few supplements I stick with.

Beefy Aminos!

This is Holly's husband doing this review. I have to say this actually works for me. Before i used this, i would be really exhausted after a tremendous work out, so exhausted that i would crash and sleep for at least a couple of hours, also i had terrible hunger pains and cravings! I began to take these pills and in a few days i no longer crashed or had hunger pains or cravings! In fact my stamina increased rapidly! I also noticed that i ate smaller portions of meals, i became full faster. The pills are tasteless, it has an odor to it but not bad. Some say it makes you fart more, no it doesn't. LOL! The lid is hard to remove, it twists off, after that it becomes easier to remove. The pills are large but it's easy to swallow one at a time, for me anyways. I also notice that my muscles are developing faster and i have energy. There are no high or lows with this. I have been using this for a week and already have noticed a lot of changes. I thought it would take longer, but it didn't with me. So to sum it up, you can work out without crashing or having hunger pains, and cravings too! I hope to hear replies about how it worked for you. Great product

I love this product, I use it to either add some extra protein to a snack or meal, or when I can't eat something to make sure I'm not running in empty. Typically take the 9 a day (each pill equals roughly 1g of protein). Only drawback is the size of the tablets could be to big/difficult to swallow for people.
