I have had this for five years and I have loved it. I have dropped it many, many times and it has kept working. I broke off the tab that holds it to your pants so I put it in my pocket and it worked great. It holds the charge for a long time. I have dropped it and had to take it apart to realign the insides and it kept working. Today was its final death, all my fault. I dropped it again and this time I can’t get it to line up right so I can get to the volume dial. I will be getting another one. Well worth the money for the abuse this thing has taken from me.

The setting I use it in is a small classroom and it works very well. It allows me to keep my voice at a normal speaking level and be heard by my students. I usually wear it as a necklace but have also used it on my waistband just fine. I just prefer being about to quickly raise or lower the volume and wearing it as a necklace seems to work best for that. This would work in a much larger setting than I am using it for i.e. an auditorium, larger classroom, fitness center, etc. I think it would work great for theater students whose school doesn't have microphones. The battery lasts a very long time. There are features I have not used so can't report on them but for simply being able to turn it on and get teaching quickly it is quite effective and easy to use. What I have enjoyed the most is the sound quality. I get clear, crisp sound with NO shrill sounds unless the microphone is right up against the unit then it will squeal loudly. I definitely recommend this microphone.

I'll be clear from the beginning - this thing saved my voice. I am an elementary school music teacher and need to sing, talk, move, and dance all day long. It was a godsend to find this item. I used this EVERY DAY in my music classroom for 2 school years before one of the plastic hooks in the back broke. Another year later and the belt clip broke. Now, after 3 years of regular use, I'm down to only one plastic hook on the back and once that breaks I will have to get a new speaker because I will have no way to attach it to myself. I am actually surprised it lasted this long, considering how much I am using/abusing it. The sound quality is OK... not fantastic but not terrible either. Feedback occurs if the amplifier gets too close to metal or if the microphone gets too close, but that's to be expected. I've never once had an issue with it not lasting all day. I plug it in at night after a full day of teaching and it is ready to go for another 8 hours easily. I would buy again except the plastic hooks leave me leery. I may try to find something with metal next time just to see if it will last a little longer. Otherwise, great product! Definitely worth the money!

One of my least favorite parts about wearing a mask everywhere is having to yell to communicate with people. The last thing I want others to do is to lean in or get closer to me to be able to hear me. While it might seem like overkill, a cheap speaker like this is the perfect solution. Charge it overnight and bring it with you to work/whenever you leave the house, stick the headset on, and adjust the volume as needed so that others can hear you easily. I'm a bit extra and I've mounted this speaker and microphone inside a snorkel mask that I've also outfitted with a p95 filter which makes me feel pretty confident that I'm not about to get infected or spread anything to anyone else, but I recognize that I get lots of looks from people when I leave the house because I look and sound like a stormtrooper. You probably won't want to go that far unless you can ignore people thinking you're nuts (in which case, I highly recommend it), but all that being said, this speaker is a nice little solution for a simple every day annoyance in this hellscape that is 2020. The sound quality isn't anything amazing, and your voice will sound a bit funny, but for the price point that's nothing to complain about. The included strap and belt buckle are very useful, as is being able to recharge the unit via USB rather than replacing batteries. Highly recommend for anyone who has to communicate with others while in a mask regularly (teachers, store clerks, food service industry workers, etc)

I recently purchased this voice amplifier and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. It is lightweight and comfortable to wear, even for extended periods, making it perfect for mobile use. Despite its small size, the sound quality is loud and clear, easily reaching a group of 20-30 people without distortion with correct position or else you will hear feedback. What I appreciate most is that it comes with complete accessories: a headset microphone, waist/shoulder strap, charging cable, and even a user manual that’s actually helpful. It’s lightweight, user-friendly, and comes ready to use straight out of the box.

As a teacher I use it daily in class. Works great! Class of 27 students. It recharges quickly, light weight, amplifies voice loud enough to get everyone’s attention. Would recommend for sure.

They absolutely no echo at all when speaking to a big class. The class can hear me better. I don't need to raise my voice at all. It's a perfect tool. I am an adult educator who typically trains in a classroom or seminar room setting.

Comecei em sala de aula de forma efetiva recentemente e já em salas de 6ºs e 9ºs anos, nunca fui uma pessoa que consegue constantemente falar alto ou gritar, para conseguir controlar as salas com 30 alunos cada. Quando comprei este aparelho ele simplesmente mudou minha qualidade de vida. Ele é eficiente, o máximo que você vai ter é uma interferência ou outra (em chiado) quando passa a mão na frente dele ou aproxima a caixinha de som dele de alguma superfície sólida, mas nada que seja absurdo ou não dê pra driblas (eu abaixo o volume quando vou escrever na lousa, por exemplo); tem um volume excelente, o suficiente para "sobrar"/chamar atenção em uma sala cheia de 30/40 adolescentes e pré-adolescentes gritando sem parar, tal qual uma sala de aula é; sua alça é muito prática e resistente, uso ele na cintura com ela, o que talvez possa não ser tao confiável é a parte em que ela fica presa, se fazer uma força grande nela, sinto que pode quebrar, mas caso isso aconteça, o aparelho tem uma "aba" plástica que pode ser fácilmente encaixada em bolsos, cintos, no cós da calça, dentre outras formas que substituem a alça. O suporte do microfone na cabeça é bem resistente e ele é confortável no rosto; também vem com algumas espumas a mais caso seja necessário trocar a que está em uso na ponta do mic. É um pouco confuso para saber quando está carregado, geralmente deixo uma noite (8 horas) na tomada e é o suficiente para ser utilizado por aproximadamente 12 horas seguidas (ou 15 aulas de 45 minutos, que é o tempo que geralmente utilizo antes de carregá-lo novamente). Uma excelente aquisição, não fico sem ele e o uso a aproximadamente 2 meses. Percebi a total diferença no dia que não o usei (esqueci em casa depois de carregar), simplesmente desgastante não usá-lo e o trabalho se torna umas 1000 vezes mais difícil/cansativo/exaustivo. É isso, super recomendo, pode comprar sem medo.
