This product was intended to replace my existing acu-pen. Overall, I like it and it works great. It is slightly stronger than the older versions that used a 9volt. This is easily fixed by just decreasing the strength wheel. I definitely give it a 5/5 and will probably buy another in the future!

It’s a easy way to obtain acupuncture type with electronic power to ease the pain. This unit is very simple to use and it has function to locate the correct spot for the treatment. Although it cannot replace the medical acupuncturist, it helps when I need to release the pain from lower back.

Lacks sufficient instructions. Batteries too small and has short life. Excuses the old charger micro USB. Too clumsy to hold it in your hand. It is exactly as an electric muscle or nerve stimulator.

Awkward to hold. And the wire for the metal part that you hold in your palm broke after a few uses making it unusable.

It better then the more expensive one for what you need it for

Whilst I would give 5 stars for the overall device, I had to withhold stars because of the design. In the video you will see instructions to always have contact via the two metal plates, and to achieve this the device is held like a pen. However, when treating the self, the screen, which depicts the level of contact with an acupuncture point, is always facing away from the user and cannot be viewed. Just think of doing points on the head or on your toe, it is impossible to bend the wrist in order to see the screen. The device has to be used using sound only, and making the best guess as to whether this is the best contact area for the identified acupuncture point. The device could be upgraded to include a screen similar to the vari-angle screens used in modern cameras - this would have earned it 5 stars.

The acupuncture pen comes with inadequate instructions

Easy to use. We like the function to identify the position of the meridians. The design is very ergonomic.

Used for pain in hand in joints.Does stimulate nerves well and help with pain.
