Good size for sourdough bread. A little rice flour inside and the dough comes out perfectly. Also there is an indentation in the dough that corresponds with the seems of the liner. Makes it easy to score

I use these on a regular basis. The linen liner is easy to pull out and put in the wash. I use these weekly to proof my sourdough bread loaves. Very functional and worth the price - honestly I would buy them again and give away as gifts for my sourdough making friends. Great gift idea!
