Works great in silicone and epoxy
I bought this to color my silicone molds and it does the job well. I accidentally mixed up epoxy (thought it was my silicone) and used this in it (thinking I was tinting my silicone) and it worked in the epoxy as well. The tiny little tips need to be pierced, thankfully they give you tiny little orange bits with a micro needle inside to do the job (there are a couple of them in the box).Note that the color is not super opaque but more translucent.

Good, Accurate pigment for silicone via dropper, but kinda on the light side
I made some silicone ash trays, (each exactly 100g total of Dragon Skin 20 from the company Smooth-on) and left to right (first image) and top to bottom (Second image) I added 10,20,30,40 and 50 drops and these were the results. If you like light translucent colors I think this works really well! I also like how accurate I can be with the dropper in this example, but as you can see none of these are really a true red and if I wanted to achieve a true red, I'd have to probably add over 100 drops or so going off my testing. That's 1 drop per gram! Eventually you'll run out of the entire bottle even from making very small products like these. Like I said, I like the form factor and the fact I can be accurate on color with drops, but the pigment itself is pretty light and because of that you'll definitely go through the bottle quickly if light colors aren't what you're trying to go for. I would buy again, but probably just for light colored products. :)

Works great.
I wish you could just buy one color. I will toss the rest. Used the black. Worked perfectly and did not degrade the strength at all. Be careful when mixing, at start of bottle kinda thick then thins out. Add a little then stir. Add, etc.

A good price, seem like good quality pigments, and arrived quickly
I don't know if I can use this the way I intended, with the materials I have, but these pigments seem well made and packaged, and they arrived very quickly. As for "sheerness", I did not rate that because these are opaque pigments. I don't know to what extent the colors would be "sheer" if they were mixed into clear substrate. I would recommend this purchase to anyone who is properly familiar with working with silicone compounds (unlike me!) They were a good price, and well packaged in small drip bottles that contain

Affordable Silicone Pigments in easier to use containers.
I am regular customer of Smooth-On for their silicone and resin products. But frankly their pigments are expensive. I have purchase the pigments for resins (Urethanes) but not for silicone, and I was advised to not use the Urethane pigments in silicone because it would interfere with the curing process. When I saw this set, I decided to take a chance.I loved that these come in dropper bottles instead of paint pots like other vendors. I feel I lose as much pigment transferring it with a toothpick as I get in the mix. Also the bottle made it MUCH easier to shake/mix.One possible problem with pigments is that they can be too weak. These pigments are strong and darkly colored the piece I made. I was happy with the results and will use less in the future now that I know how strong they are.So, on the whole I would recommend this set of you need to color silicone. Just remember, a little goes a long way.
