i love these they really do hug my cartilage piercing!!! and they haven't tarnished either and ive worn them all day and night but i dont shower with them in. very cute and doesnt hurt to wear.

The earrings rust of course but it was months after using them daily . For the price and quantity I would continue to purchase these for sure!

I have several ear piercings and was looking for a variety of hoops that I could wear and even sleep in to make sure my piercings stay open. I can be very sensitive to metal and usually wear sterling silver, titanium, or surgical steel only because I react to almost everything else. I've even resorted to plastic earrings in the past because it's such an issue.Right off the bat, when I unfastened the "no show" type hoops a black powder came out of the fastening end of the hoop. I wiped most of it away before I thought to write a review, but when I opened every size of them there was more. I rubbed it onto some paper on my desk. I've never seen my earrings have this type of crud before so I am a little suspicious of the metal. I cleaned the post part with some rubbing alcohol before using. So far no reaction in 20 or so minutes they've been in.The fastening is tricky on these. The ones where the post that goes through the ear is "no show" and clicks into the hoop itself work ok, but there was one I had to bend a little to manage to get it to click into place. The ones that have the ear post hook into the horseshoe looking thing have the annoying thing where the thing that holds them on is wider than the post so they wiggle left and right and droop rather than staying open. More of an annoyance than anything. I will keep and wear them (provided my ears don't start burning from mystery metal) but wouldn't get these again or for someone else. There are better out there.
