This sweat shaper fits really well and definitely makes my husband sweat! He said that it's very comfortable and doesn't roll down on him while wearing it. He barely noticed he had it on. His waist is between a 40 & 42 and he ordered a 2X.Good Quality Shaper!

I have tried many of these sweat belts/sauna belts. This is by far my FAVORITE! Now, I did buy the mens because it appeared longer in the torso and cover that "pouch", you know what I'm talking about ladies. I have a 46", a (prior to using this belt) 33" waist and a 36" bust. While the medium fits my hips (NO ROLLING!!!), it is a bit large around my rib cage. So, I just tuck it into the band of my sports bra, problem solved. When I take this off it is such an invigorating feeling seeing ALL the FAT TEARS and it is A TON!!!!

I like it! It does the job for me. I wear it all day because I work hard, so there’s always results at the end of the day.

***(UPDATE) so it’s been about over a month sInce I’ve started using this and I have had amazing results. Using this everytime I hit the gym 5x a week ive lost 15lbs. It’s helping tremendously with my cutting goal.***normally use the sweet sweat waist shaper but they continuously fall down in bunch up when exercising or doing anything with a lot of movement in the gym so I took a break from wearing it. I got on Amazon and saw this one and decided to give it a try and I absolutely love it!!!!! It says that it’s going to make you sweat and that it does I love how it goes seamlessly underneath my gym clothes so it doesn’t look like I’m bulky or bloated as most sweat trimmers or waist shapers have that tendency. I did order one size down because I found at the large did kept sliding and slipping if I was doing squats or any type of activity where I was bending or twisting so just take that into consideration to go one size down if you want a tight snug fit. It will make you sweat alone but I pair it with my sweet sweat gel and it gets the job done.

If you are 221lbs and have a waistline of 36inch. I would recommend of buying at medium. The large is somewhat snugg ,but I have a waist trainer. So it will fit not so tight after I put on my waist trainer. The item fit good, you can put any choice of fat burning cream and definitely get some sweat in. This is so much better than wrapping your stomach up everyday.
