Qualty design, 4 screws not 2 gives it more strength.
Lifting my hardtop 85kilos. Connected to a wooden 4x2 on garage ceiling. Make sure its over 3 joists for support. Its advertised as a heavy gate roller on the floor for heavy loads. I used 3 from the ceiling covering 12 feet. . Ballbearings run smooth. Made of steel.

Well made budget pulley.
Well made pulley, but the bearings are a little loose in the housing, sorted with a film of Loctite. I made a spacer to hold the bearings apart, before if done up tight the bearings locked up.
