These are absolutely the best for making injuries feel better. Super cold and they last a long time.

More convenient and cost effective than using ice. After frequent reuses, all is well. They are a bit small, but that works for my knee quite well. They don't stay cold all that long, but my P.T. folk advise only 10-15 min. icing periods, anyway. They remain flexible to a decent extent, are decidedly COLD and refreeze quickly. So far, no signs of wear or cracks or leakage or weak spots. Considering the cost, these (or larger sizes if more appropriate for other specific uses) pads are entirely worth the purchase price - and then some.

I have used The Coldest Ice Packs in the past and been very happy with them. So happy I ordered more, but alas, the new packs seem to have less than half the amount of gel as my old ones. The new ones just don't stay cold nearly as long.

This ice pack works great! I originally bought the knee brace with the ice pack and wanted some additional packs to use when recovering from my ACL surgery. I bought the 2 pack of the smaller size and they fit in the knee brace great! They are a little bit smaller than the one that comes with the knee brace, but still do the job and stay cold for about 30-40 minutes. Highly recommend this brand!

These ice packs are amazing!I’ve had chronic migraines for over a decade, and the worst thing is having an ice pack that comes out of the freezer hard as a rock then gets warm after about 20 minutes.I was doubtful that these would live up to the hype, but I was amazed. Even being in the freezer for longer than a day, they still come out soft and much colder than other ice packs. And the best part? Two hours later and it’s still cold!They are fantastic quality, and out of the dozen different ice packs in my freezer, these are my favorite.
