Awesome product. Great value. Sturdy.
Man I wish we'd bought this years ago. I have no idea why we didn't have a knock box before; we just banged it on the edge of the kitchen garbage can! Just never thought about getting one, I guess. You can spend many, many times as much on a fancier knock box, but honestly, this looks good and it's super sturdy. It's well designed and works perfectly. It can probably hold a dozen or so pucks, but after about 8 they start piling up enough that they don't have anywhere to fall when you bang them out, so you need to nudge them or tap the box to pack the pucks down some. There's no point to doing that; just empty the knock box! It takes seconds. My wife and I pull about four pucks/day and we empty this about every other day. It's so easy to use and keep clean. I'd buy this again and would recommend it to anyone. Unless you want to drill into your counter and install one permanentaly, or feel the need to show off with some chrome knockbox, this is simple, sturdy as all get out, and gets the job done.

Perfect little size
This is the perfect size for sitting next to my tiny espresso machine. It's so easy to clean but feels stable when I empty espresso into it. It's just for my coffee bar so it's more than sufficient for the job and I love the convenience. It also reminds me of my barista days, very happy memories :,)

Does the Job!
Love the rubber coating. Knocks my espresso out perfectly. Stable and lots of grip on the counter. Thanks!

Does the job
Works well. If your material is wet you might want to put it in the sink so you don’t make a mess all over the kitchen counter. When flipping to empty in the trash the middle part stays on which is great. One thing to improve is the foamy stability base which will collect moisture from the bottom of my sink. I would change that to a non absorbing material.

great value
great value. good quality. Easy to use. Remember, a knock box isn't the cleanest thing in the world but this contains the coffee grounds well with rarely any splatter. It stays firmly on the counter due to the rubberized base. A changed from a more "modernized, engineered" type of bump box and am glad I did.

Sturdy, easy to clean
Does exactly what it needs to do. The basket is sturdy and easy to rinse out. The rubber knock-bar is also sturdy and can take quite a lot of abuse. I had a slight learning curve to find that knocking the portafilter multiple times more gently on its side (allowing the cake to flip out in one solid piece with minimal residual left behind in the portafilter) works better than entirely upside down where the cake often hits the knock-bar and/or breaks into pieces leaving bits behind that need to be wiped out with a cloth. My only critique would be that I fill it up pretty quickly, but it literally takes 30 seconds to dump into the compost and quickly rinse in the sink. If I ever buy another one, I might look at a larger model (or maybe not if I decide the counter top space is more precious).

Just what I was looking for
For decades, I’ve tapped out my espresso cups into a trashcan under the sink. I kept thinking there’s gotta be a better way because I drink quite a few coffees a day. Enter this little contraption. Works exactly as I wanted it to.

I had to have one!
So I needed this to knock used grinds from portafilter! First few times I used it the bar across the top dropped down inside the nasty coffee grinds. I had to pick it out. Still haven’t even figured out if I am doing it correctly! It’s very small, compact. Everytime I use it I splatter coffee and grinds all over the place making a huge mess. It’s seems durable other than the bar falling whenever I tap it. I think the sides should be taller to catch the splatter because used wet coffee grounds are the worst to try and clean up.
