I used this to make royal icing for assembling gingerbread houses with my grandkids. It worked like a charm! 👍🏼 Nice thick consistency, no drips, makes lots of batches of frosting, good value and easy to make delicious frosting!

I love this brand to make Royal Icing, the results are always consistent and the flavor is good. Some other companies make meringue powder that takes like dog vomit and you really have to work extracts to cover it.

My best friend has a severe peanut allergy and can't eat anything that was processed on shared equipment with peanuts. I used this meringue powder for my favorite cookie icing and it worked perfectly. She didn't have a reaction to the cookies. Definitely more expensive than Wilton, but you get a lot in the container, so this will last me a while. It's worth the price to keep my friend safe.

Absolutely the best for cookie decorating. Only negative point is that because I don't use it that often half the tub went bad on me and I had to throw it away. I wish tbey sold smaller tubs.

The best merengue powder on the market. Has no funky flavor like others (they can tend to taste perfumy). Tasty vanilla flavor, smooth texture and it does not separate (royal icing) like every other brand. I can leave royal icing bagged on the counter for a few days and it won't separate. I can put in the fridge for months without separation.
