Very potent
This maca is very potent. I have tried other brands and this is the strongest. In fact if I take only one capsule ( recommended doses two) early in the morning I still can barely sleep that night. It's not a jittery stimulant at all but it is potent. I have to take like one capsule every other day in the morning in order to sleep at night. It seems like it has a very long half life.

Very good product, I would recommend that the dosages be concentrated and condensed into one quick dissolving softgel capsule per day to prevent missing out on the right dosage particularly if you are not on a 3 meal a day plan.
