Purchased for my 6 year old son and we like them
I am very pleased with this set. I purchased this for my 6 year old son to use with his skateboard and roller blades. I ordered the kid/child size and they fit him perfect. He's probably built more like a 7 or 8 year old, just not as tall. They seem sturdy and well made. I tried them on as well, and I'm an average size female, and I can get them on, but they are too tight. I think I would wear the teen/youth size if I were ordering for myself. The only problem I have is that I am having a heck of a time telling the elbow pads from the knee pads. The picture shows a drastic size difference between the two, and I can't hardly tell. If I hold them side-by-side, it appears that one is SLIGHTLY shorter than the other. I feel kinda stupid, but I wish they would have put a K or E on them somewhere. They are easy to put on. He can do it by himself, but I had to show him how to hold them side-by-side to judge elbow vs knee, and that the cushy part with the words goes towards the top. They also come with a little bag to carry them in. The bag seems pretty cheap, but it will do, and hopefully just keep them together for the next use. I would recommend these.

Not for adults!
BM Adult & Kids Knee Pads Elbow Pads with Wrist Guards Protective Set: I'm an adult male, 6'2" frame; these knee guards are far too small for my knees. Very well made, very attractive, so I gave them to my 14 year old grandson, they fit him perfectly, he really enjoys them.

Great pads at a really good price :)
These are very nice comfortable pads, I bought them for skateboarding. There is only one reason I gave just four stars, and that is the strap length. The strap has to go through a loop on the opposite side, and double back again to velcro - this makes it half the length. For the average slim person I'm sure there'd be no problem, but for me the kneepad strap was way too tight. I can still use the pads without the straps, just slip them on and they stay put pretty well. I can tell they are well made, and I especially like the wrist pads because of the hard plastic on the palm (makes crashing easier on the hands XD) They come in a drawstring bag to store and carry them, which is awesome, and I think they are better pads for cheaper than what you can get at most skate shops. I would recommend these pads because they're good quality, but warn about the strap length. It is a good product, I even bought a second set for my brother, who is an average young slim guy, and the straps all work fine for him. Hello world and thanks for reading my review ^_^

Posting for SIZE REFERENCE!
I haven’t skated in them yet so this is a review for size reference. The size guide & reviews are all over the place, so I hope this helps.I am 5’4” and 120lbs.Slender arms/wrists and curvy/muscular legs. The Youth size fits beautifully and is comfortable. I also love the streamlined style & the fact that they aren’t super bulky. They feel very sturdy and I feel safe in them- will update if any opinions change after I skate in them.

If your looking for a set of pads for your knees, wrists and elbows. This is as good as it gets for around $20!
Very comfortable fit and well made including stitching! I have bought other sets like this but the stitching soon falls apart. And or the Velcro cuts into my skin behind my knees. These knee pads have a covering of material that protect your skin when you slip it on. That in itself makes these a far smarter purchase. The elbow pads are very comfortable and there were no stitching problems like on other elbow sets. The hand support was a little confusing at first on which way to put it on. Once you figure out the configuration of the holes. You can figure which hand each slips unto. They feel a little stiff and probably would be help if you take a fall hands first. But know this about these wrist supports. Once on if your riding a bike, these supports do interfere a small bit when your trying to hold unto your handlebar and flipping thru gears. Aside from that these do look well made and they would obviously be better than using nothing at all. I really like these and won't be using the ones I purchased before. The rashes to the back of my knee are still painful after 2 weeks. I put bandages behind my knees. And even with bandages my cuts from the Velcro have remained.

Small/medium sized adults with chicken legs
I read a lot of mixed reviews and opted for adult size. I am 5'2" 135 lbs and read that adult runs super small. I can attest that its definitely made for those with smaller statures but the proportions are still off. The wrists and elbows fit neither snug or loose to where they slip off, but I cannot tighten them either. In that respect I probably could have gotten away with youth size. There is maybe 2 inches of Velcro to work with and to get it snug it just barely touches the edge. That's fine i guess but I haven't tried the fall test yet. The knees, however, fit just about perfect. I do carry most of my weight in my lower body though. I would rather every pad fit right but if have to buy the pieces separate and pay 3x as much. If I go straight youth I'd either cut out circulation to my legs or wouldn't be able to bend them to use my unicycle. Other than that they look great, feel comfortable, and seem sturdy enough

Satisfied.
These pads are well made and of decent quality. The materials seem sturdy enough to protect your joints in a substantial fall. I use them riding my ebike doing over 20 MPH on paved roads. They definitely take away some of my concerns from taking a spill. They stay secure over your joints without slipping around. I don't use the wrist pads because I can grip handlebars better without them. I use armored gloves instead. I feel good about this purchase, definitely worth the price.

Good Fit
I have used all three pairs of guards and, although I’ve yet to crash or fall off my bike, feel confident that these guards would go a long way to protecting my hands, wrists, elbows, and knees. Once on, they do not hamper my mobility, ability to pedal, or steer/brake my bike. Second set after one year. After 11-12 months of daily use they do get harder to clean, however. Well worth the price. Great value!

Took a tumble... worked for me.
Fell to the left side on my ebike drifted off a path and couldn't get back on over the edge. Ffeeling a bit sore in the knee and elbow, and torso, however I'm certain I'd be spending weeks replacing bandages if not for these pads. Spur of the moment purchase saved my skin.

Genial
