Best headset I've ever owned!
I have used many. I talk on the phone a lot for work and in varying environments, so I've struggled to find a headset that will give me good noise cancelling, sounds good, and is easy to use. This headset checks all the boxes. I have a cantankerous bird that literally screams at me when I don't answer him. He has a reputation with all of my coworkers. People have asked if they need to arrange a wellness check for my bird, because he hasn't been heard on Zoom or Skype since I got this headset! I am hearing impaired and it works well with my hearing aids -- I can leave them on and it doesn't create feedback or interfere with them. BUT even without them, the sound quality is so good that I really don't need my hearing aids. It is USB-C, which is WONDERFUL! So much easier to use. The features are fantastic -- it integrates seamlessly with Skype, Zoom, WebEx and all the others. All the controls are on your right ear and very intuitive to use. I absolutely love it and wish I had bought one much sooner!

Comfortable, with good audio quality
I bought this headset to replace a much cheaper headset of a different brand that had poor audio quality. The audio quality of this headset is much better, both for understanding speech and for listening to music. When listening to a high-quality stereo podcast, I've sometimes had to back up and replay a segment to be able to tell if a sound was part of the recording or something that happened near me. The leatherette covering over the ear cushions is much more comfortable than having foam directly touching your ears, and the padding on the inside of the headband makes it more comfortable to wear. It does a reasonable job at muffling ambient noise, but this model is not ANR-equipped so it would not be ideal in a noisy environment. However, for my purposes -- use in a quiet home -- ANR isn't needed. The volume control and media play/pause buttons on the right ear cup are convenient to use, as they don't require chasing the cord to find them. Muting the mic by swinging the boom up is likewise quite handy.

Solid headset for business calls and OK for music. Bought used but look brand new.
I have been using these for several weeks now that I am back working in the office and have been a worthy investment. They can be a tad uncomfortable for listening to music long-term over a couple of hours since they are on the ear instead of over (put pressure on your ear to stay in place), but it's a good trade-off for size. The sound quality for the mic seems to be perfect for general video and voice calls over zoom, Slack, etc, and it just instantly worked when plugged in without having to install any added software. One nice feature is that they auto-mute when you move the mic boom up out of the way. I bought a used pair and saved about 40% and they came looking brand new. Would definitely recommend, have a feeling I will be using these for a while.

Comfortable and not too big for small heads!
***UPDATE: 4 years in*** I've been using these for at least 6 hours a day since 2021 and the only thing I've had to do is replace the ear pads a couple of times because they got so worn out from a lot of use. Recently, the cord is showing a lot of wear and has started to crack. Since I am hybrid telecommute, I take these with me on the days I work onsite and I wrap the cord around the set before putting it in my backpack. This may have contributed to the cracking. But, hey, I think getting a solid 4 years use out of these with zero trouble is pretty remarkable given how much I use them. I will be buying a new pair as soon as I finish this review update. If you are hesitating, don't, just go ahead and buy them! Highly recommend. **Original review from 2021*** I'm a petite woman and a lot of headsets overwhelm my head. I was in the lookout for a comfortable headset. Now that I'm working from home permanently, I wear headset sometimes more than 6 hours a day. My old cheapy ones would kill my ears, so I did A LOT of research on headsets. I didn't want a gaming headset, I wanted something designed for virtual meetings. This one is perfect! It's comfortable, the sound is great, and my colleagues have told me the microphone is crystal clear. One thing I don't like is the Sidetone. This is a feature where you can actually hear your voice through the speakers. Boy, talk about distracting. If you are one of those people who hates the sound of your own voice, you won't like this either. Fortunately you can turn it off! Highly recommend these headsets if you have to use Teams and Zoom for virtual meetings.

Product is sub par, but Jabra is horrific
Despite hearing a lot of negative things about Jabra products, I decided to give this one a chance as it ticked all the boxes I needed for a work headset. When I first got it, I noticed immediately that it was not super comfortable as the description would have you believe. I can't stand wearing this thing for 30 minutes, let alone hours at work. The sound quality is ok, not bad, not exceptional. I can hear people ok on conference calls, so it does what it should. The microphone quality from what I have been told is good, no complaints. The noise cancellation is non existent, don't believe their lies. I would rate this thing 2.5 stars HOWEVER, in typical Jabra fashion, the headset microphone broke 2 months into using it. I contacted Jabra support and they sent me through this archaic, nonsensical warranty replacement process. Once I reached the final step they literally said "go ahead and pay to ship it back to us". What..? Your product is defective and I have to pay to replace it??? Are you out of your mind? Jabra is just another garbage company, running as lean as they possibly can and penny pinching so that they can squeeze out every last conceivable drop of profit and exploit their customers. This is a bad, unsustainable business model and I refuse to support it. Don't give these people your money, their products are bad, their return policy is worse, and their ethics are non existent. Steer clear.

The received product is Mitel-branded and has a Mitel logo on it. However, it seems the Mitel H10 is the same as the Jabra Evolve2 40. The sound quality is great, but there is a bitter taste due to the incorrect description and the product not matching the picture.

Still works today: three years after purchase. Ear pads got worn off but a cheap replacement (just for the ear pads) did the trick.

Very easy to use, plug and play. Got the MS version, has very practical features, like going on mute when you put the microphone up. I have used it for long hours and it is comfortable. Suggest going for the wireless option for more mobility.

Wearing this it is a bit tight and I got a lot of ear fatigue when wearing for 2 hours.
