This massage roller stick is terrific. My thighs get tight if I'm standing very long and in about 15 minutes of rolling the rollar stick over my legs, they start relaxing. It works on the front or back of your legs. Great buy. P. Sorrenson

I'm in love! I saw one at WM the other day and it just looked so cheaply made. I know in person shopping is usually the way to go, but I've seen them on Amazon before and wanted to check prices before I made a decision. Found one for a little less than $9 where as WM it was over $11. I'll take my chances with Amazon and wait a couple days. But this thing is great! Nicely made and durable. The color is awesome, it's black with nice lime green accents. The massage rolling things in the middle roll easy and there's no major gaps between them. I get tightness in my lower legs and it's helping so much. Its the closest I'm going to get to a professional massage so I'm enjoying the relief.

I like this roller. It's a great complement to a foam roller which must be used on the floor. This one you can use while sitting -- watching a video or reading online, etc. Easy to get the right amount of pressure.
