Great set especially for the price. I have only tried the handle part and brush so far. The brush is so great & cleans very well. The handle protector is also really handy & protects your hand from being burned lol. I didn’t realize how hot those handles get!

This set is perfect for not just cast iron but multiple dishes due to the included items. The silicon handle works well for the cast iron pot, the chainmail and brush do great at cleaning any leftover residue, and the scrapers are great for both cast iron and regular pans to get any burnt spices off! I haven't tested the towel because I have a few microfiber cloths already, but I find that to be just an extra addition to something well worth the cost. Pros: - Well-built bamboo brush - Chainmail works, and the hook helps to keep it clean/dry - Scrapers are very durable compared to store bought alternatives - Silicon handle fits all my cast iron pans with ease Cons: - Chain mail could be a bit bigger/thicker, they are smaller links and in weight than others that I have used in the past

Very handy I use several times a week

I cook a lot with Cast Iron and would spend more on these items individually from the Lodge website than you would for this whole kit. I have used the plastic scrapers for general cleaning of the cast iron after use, the brush is nice for general dried food, it is thick and does a nice job with out any braking off of the brushes. I have only used the chain once with mixed results, it could be I didn’t have enough buildup. For what you get with this kit for the price, the only wrong choice to make would be not to order this kit, it’s the same quality as Lodge but much better price.

The chain mail scrubber is really small, but it does do a good job. The silicon handle doesn't fit Lodge Cast iron pans, as a result I use potholders which I have done since I started cooking. The stiff bristle brush is ok for difficult stuck on residue, but the chain mail does too. I haven't found a use for the little scrapers. As kit it’s ok. I should have bought a larger chain scrubber.

Various cleaning items received , appeared good value for money. As it was present I cannot comment on the performance or durance. Would have been better if items came in a box.
