Great value bench. Use your head when assembling.
Making a point to review this because of all the negative reviews I’ve seen. I got this as a Black Friday deal for $100. It’s been on my list for awhile but I’ve been hesitant because of reviews saying it was sketchy quality with welds and how it’s crooked after assembly. Either I got a different product or people are just ignorant. The latter is more likely. In my opinion, this bench is worth $200. It’s good quality. The only concern I have would be the stitching durability on the seat pads. Overall, it is a very nice adjustable bench. As for the assembly/finished product feel, it was very easy to put together- it just requires some forethought. The holes for attaching pieces are not symmetrical perfect-fit cut-outs. They are elliptical to allow for proper alignment of all the pieces. When putting it together, take your time, put all the screws in and keep them loose, then tighten them as you adjust the alignment of the pieces. Don’t rush it. Take your time, use your eyes and logic, and you it will assemble to a nicely finished product. I’m very happy with this. Well worth the normal price and a steal for what I paid for it.

Great bench
I was very hesitant to buy this due to the mixed reviews, but I am glad I did. At a glance, this bench is a Power Systems Three-Way copy for 1/8th of the money. People are claiming this bench is 1) wobbly 2) not straight 3) poor quality. The bench I got doesn’t reflect any of that. I used an impact to assemble mine and it’s rock solid with no wobble. The cushions you need to align before you tighten them down, which I think some people in these reviews were not doing. The quality of the welds admittedly are not pretty in some spots, but they’re functional and the little plastic wheels definitely won’t hold up. Other than that, this bench almost feels like a commercial bench. For people worried about lifting heavier weight, the 500lbs capacity seems conservative. I did 420lb total load (weight and user) and it didn’t flex, wobble or budge. Very sturdy. Great bench for the money.

Budget Bench
Assembly wasn't too difficult. Visible rust where some welding wears off. I spent 30 minutes flipping the base side to side getting metal shavings out of it. Built sturdy, I'm not doing anything crazy on it but it's definitely a budget bench. 1 of the strips on the base were stripped but I managed to tighten it. The loosen to adjust feature is awkward to me and doesn't feel right. Update: made this a 4 out of 5 stars from a 3 star. This is a great budget bench, I was wrong for giving it a 3 star.

You get what you pay for; buy on sale, don't pay full price.
As the title says: you get what you pay for. If you're shopping this product its because you looking for a CHEAP weight bench. This is exactly that. I got this because I wanted the adjustment options my other bench didn't have. And its worked okay so far, after over a year of regular use. My gripes: firstly it came damaged and was clearly a returned product, with scratches and dents on the base as well as bits of rust formed in the edges (if I can find the photos I took, I'll add them). Speaking of edges, this thing has a TON of super sharp edges all over. As seen in the product photos the entire back rest is held up by the off center curved arm having a tiny pin go through the holes. It works but I find it disconcerting when I have 150lb overhead and relying entirely on that tiny pin not failing. Also they could not be bothered to provide washers or better hardware so the backrest wiggles considerably despite being fully tightened. I recommend going to a hardware store and getting some washers or whatever. Again, if you're holding weight overhead and the back rest wiggles a centimeter to one side, could result in injury. Aside from that, its a fine bench for what I paid for.

Great Utility Bench fo the price!
This bench is likely the best value on Amazon for an Incline Utility Weight Bench. It assembled easily, is sturdy, stable and the adjustments work well.

Poor quality control
Don't get me wrong, this is one of the more solid lifting benches you can find, especially as far as budget adjustable ones go. You'll get a wide range of movements from this bench, probably all the routines you need. This bench is really solid. Quick adjustment pins are a nice bonus, and the wheels make storing vertically quite straightforward. I popped this together quickly, no complaints about assembly. Sadly one of the horizontal ground support bars is not level so the thing wobbles. I'll probably try to equalize with felt pads. Also, if you look more closely at the welds they are very poorly done. CAP did not bring their best welders in this case. Compared with the big name adjustable benches I'm willing to overlook the issue.

Great value. Gym quality.
I've been working out at gyms for 20+ years, so I have a good understanding of gym benches. This bench is not quite the same that you would find at the gym, but its a pretty close substitute and much more cost effective. The assembly was pretty easy and took about 30 minutes. I think in the past it may have came in more pieces than it does now. Part of the assembly is done before it ships. The bench weighs about 55 lbs, so it is pretty sturdy. The adjusting knobs are now spring action, I understand in past models they may have been threaded only, so you would need to unscrew and re-screw to adjust. Now you just pull the knob out and it will adjust and let it back to lock the back and seat. I'm pretty impressed by the quality for the cost. I am not typically one to write reviews, so it was good enough to prompt feedback. I've seen some reviews that their bench had alignment issues, etc. That could be possible, but mine lined up fine. Just make sure you line everything up before tightening the bolts all down. Also arrived 6 days faster than originally quoted.

Great budget home gym bench
A great value for the money! Have pushed this bench pretty hard (total weight including me 450+) on the flat setting. Much better quality than other budget benches sold on Amazon. I do wish they included rubberized feet to prevent the bench from sliding around, though I remedied this with stick on rubber pads. Very easy to adjust and I like the seat also adjusts for performing incline presses. A must have for a budget home gym especially if you looking for affordable equipment that gets the job done without compromising safety or quality!
