This product does what it says, although it is way too expensive. I tried the generic ones, and they leave streaks on all your documents.

There is not much to cheer about. Yep, it is just a toner cartridge. It is a genuine HP toner cartridge that fits our printer just fine.

I had been buying the refilled and normally for a little home printer you can replace for fifty bucks would be fine. However I was using them in my office printer and they ruined it. I had ink everywhere and they are not all the same. From what the tech told me was the hardware on the refilled were different and caused the ink tray to break. It would have ended up costing me more to fix than the printer itself. I ended up buying a new printer and learned a lesson. You get what you pay for. Been using these ever since and the price is right and performs like expected. I got a lot of use out of this at an acceptable price

I like to stick with OEM toners for my printers. Have tried a couple of "compatible" brands over the years and never had any luck. These HP OEM toners are very good. Well packaged and constructed. I use my printer for advertising for my business. The print quality is great and I have had no toner leakage issues. (I had terrible luck with the quality of Brother brand OEM toners - the reason I switched to HP.) I like the fact that they include a prepaid self addressed label to be used to return the old toner cartridges for recycling. There are no perks for doing such, but I feel much better sending them back than throwing them out. (Another thing that Brother used to do, but stopped.) Especially when I go through 6 - 8 sets of toner per year.

Works as perfectly as expected - original HP OEM quality. Sadly, a generic cartridge was used to replace the original HP OEM cartridge, which worked well for only about 7 months and ~500 pages then began to produce horrible printouts. Afraid that the printer was damaged from the generic cartridge, I purchased this replacement HP cartridge - thankfully, the printer and the printouts are working perfectly again.

You can go cheap, or you can but this. Cons, yes it's a bit pricier than the others, but that's also a pro because you get what you pay for. I always regret when I buy the cheap toner and have to go through the trouble of returning it because it's crap. Prints are too light. Prints are streaky. Or it doesn't print at all! Sometimes it can work for a little while but the cartridge dies prematurely. Do yourself a favor, don't be penny-wise and pound foolish and get this.

This is toner. Genuine HP black toner. The price was great and it works just as advertised. If you are a prime customer, you will receive the toner in two days or less at significant savings over your local Office Depot or Staples.

We bought this toner when the printer told us that the printer was "Critically Low" on toner. Well, we have printed over a thousand more pages on the old toner cartridge since the warning started and the cartridge still seems to be going strong. We haven't installed or even opened the new cartridge yet. How much unnecessary pollution is created by printer manufacturers misleading their customers into replacing cartridges too soon? How many dollars wasted?

Después de caer en la tentación de los tóner reciclados he regresado a los originales por la cantidad de problemas que me daban los otros. Mi impresión es que este tóner es más duradero que el reciclado, además no mancha los folios (cosa que me empezaba a pasar con los otros). Cuesta un dineral pero no hay verdaderas alternativas.

Have always used this item in my printer. Always reliable and provides good quality.
