Pros: Lights on the hoverboard, colors offered, versatile Cons: Wished it lasted longer without charging and beeps alot

First unit was unwrapped for Christmas and turned out to be broken but customer service had another one at our door literally 2 days later. The hoverboard itself is nice and works really well around our house. It's snowy so we haven't gone outside with it yet but in the house it is awesome! Can't wait to get it outside! Only thing I dislike is the incredibly loud beep anytime you're standing uneven, or resetting your feet or getting on/off etc etc etc. It is QUITE loud, but that also could be because I am indoors. Outdoors it might not be as big of an issue. We've only had it a day, so will update if anything changes

I bought this item for my son and after 1 week of use, it kept shutting off fully charged then stopped working all together. I reached out to the manufacturer without a reply. So, I requested a replacement from Amazon instead. The replacement came, plugged it in to charger for the first time and it NEVER turned on! I called Amazon last week and they told me they would send me another replacement arriving June 3rd and to discard the one I had. Well, it is now June 10th and I haven't received a 2nd replacement so I called Amazon again. The didn't know what I was talking about and refused to replace the broken one and to send the old one back AGAIN! Thank god I didn't throw it away as advised from the other Amazon representative. They said there were no replacements available when I complained and told me to use the refund to buy another one. I asked, "if I use the refund to buy another one, since u stated to me there weren't any, why cant you replace it and keep my money?. They didn't have a reply that even made sense. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with Amazon, Jetson and their crappy product. I will NOT be buying this for the 3rd time and advise to stay away from any Jetson products.

The battery life leaves much to be desired. It's last less than a hour with a 65 pound kid using it normally. The charger cord has a short or something, it has to be positioned in a particular way to charge. Other then that, the board is very sturdy and operates as expected, just slower than advertised.

I read so many reviews trying to choose the best hoverboard and finally decided on this one. It has been awesome! My son rides it around the house EVERY DAY, and has done that since October. He has gone on 5 mile trips on this thing. It has not had a single problem in the hundreds of hours of use. We also bought the go-cart attachment that turns the hover board into a go-cart. It works well, except that the hoverboard beeps at any speed above 7mph, so that gets a little annoying. You have to try to maintain a speed just below 7mph in order to avoid the beeps. That won't matter for anyone who doesn't plan to use that attachment.

I bought this for my grandkids cause they love them. It works as it should & they have so much fun with it. Easy to charge. I do wish the battery lasted a little longer

I got this for my 10 year old for Christmas. It took only a few minutes to figure out how to use well-enough and he is improving over time. It was charged it arrived. Easy to use and simple which I appreciated. Worth the cost. Very pleased!

So much fun riding around the basement or hous, kids ride around on there knees for hours. Sure it works great outside too. I’m 6’2” tall 200 pounds and it’s a blast when the kids are at school, I find my self riding it around the house cleaning. So far it is a super fun purchase. I would wear a helmet, it will take a couple hours to get used to it. Don’t get discouraged, before you know it you will be cruising around.
