This is a great tasting tea. I use two or three bags in hot water. It is good as cold or hot tea. The only issue I had with the product was tearing the interior tea bag while trying to open the individual package. I had to tap the bottom of the individual tea package to settle the tea bag to the bottom of the package so I would not tear it open before using it. otherwise it is a great tasting tea.

I have been drinking 2 bags of this tea on the morning daily for a month, I didn't think it would work... because let's face it, things on the internet are always a little hard to believe... I was wrong. I am 6ft 3in, 260lbs, and go out to eat at restaurants 7 nights a week... needless to say I have a high sodium intake. My BP went from 154/92 to 126/78 in a month!! With minimal change to diet and NO exercise. I would recommend this tea to anyone looking to lower their Blood pressure.Downside... the taste is pretty poor. But it allows me to continue my lifestyle with no major changes.
