I used it for sleep. I have suffered from severe insomnia after getting off several prescription drugs including fentynl given to me by California doctors. I went cold turkey off everything including the fentynl and lived to tell. Took triazolam quarter of a milligram for years until war on drugs which this is not considered narcotic and the dose is ridiculous but actually look on it as they did me a favor because L-typtophan is cheap and natural and I sleep like a baby.

The ad says they are smaller, not sure what they are comparing to, but they are not smaller than the last brand I bought. Not that i need it but shows a pill case and it was not there.

I can't speak to the weight loss side of these, I only wanted them for sleep help and now I'm pregnant so I can't even take them anymore. They didn’t seem to help me fall asleep. I wouldn't buy them again.Update: no longer pregnant but I am overweight and not happy. Decided to try these for weight loss and I like them. I can usually avoid eating the junk my husband keeps stocked in the kitchen. I've lost 7 lbs so far this month. That doesn't seem like a lot to anyone else but I have a hypothyroidism and the weight doesn't come off easily. I've tried doing keto and it just doesn't work well. I'm hoping this is a good way to go.
