I give this product 1 star because I don't know what to make of it yet. Let say I'm afraid of it. It's not about delivery. The seller is great. I bought this product on the 2nd of March 2014 and I got it on the 7th of March. Very fast! My reason is: I tried this product the next day, on the 8th of March 2014. When I opened it up, the first thing I noticed differently was the color. It is a deep red orange color, which is different from the lighter orange color from the ones I used to buy the Caribbean countries. The label is quite different as well. Maybe the company updated the version they use to have. Who knows? Remember, this product is made from Dominican Republic. The label says "Not Sold in the US" and it is very good and effective. The product that I bought from the amazon on March 2nd, did not say that on its label. when I looked at the syrup inside the bottle, it is way "too dark" comparing to the version I used to have. I was skeptical about it but decide to give it a try. The label says adults should take 1 teaspoonful before meal; it has 6 active ingredients and it is not for persons under 18 yrs of age. But the version I'm used to says adults and adolescents can take 5ml, 3 times a day before meal, and it has 7 active ingredients. I was so skeptical to try this new version that I decided to take less than the recommended teaspoonful. After that I never tried it again. So since March 10th, I've been noticing I'm peeing red and keeps going today still. At first I thought I was having my period but when I wipe myself, there was no blood on the tissue each time. The pee is not even orange. It looks red as if there is blood in it. When I dumped the wiping tissue I used in it, it also looks red as if I just dropped it in fluid containing blood. When I used to take the old version I used to have, my pee was usually much more like lemon/orange color. You see? I've been freaking out! I'm freaking out more now because today I've been very dizzy and now I have fever. I don't know if it's a side effect from the supplement. And the pee is red maybe because of the missing ingredient and that there are not enough ingredients to balanced out the color. Who knows! I don't know if I should continue the product or should I throw it away....... Any body used this product and had the same experience? Please let me know.....
