These are great for "sneezes" or "surprises" but not as long as other brands, even though they're labeled "long." Not bulky at all, especially if you are seated for long periods of time. The cover is soft and has no rough edges. And, most importantly, they're very absorbent and very quick about it! However, depending on where you need to place them on the gusset of your chosen undergarment, they may rub against "tender backside areas" and be a little irritating, particularly if you have hemorrhoids. I'm betting that they'll work perfectly if you're a petite person, not large-framed.Do these come in a "very long" size? Anyone...??

I bought these Always Discreet very light, long, bladder control pads for my 83 yr old mother. They are about 8 1/2” long. They have a full sticky backing. They are nicely wrapped which can be recycled to dispose of used liners. They have a fresh clean scent to mask odors. These were a great deal for 44 light long pads. They are for small bladder drips. The long length add comfort and security when sitting. Perfect for those who have occasional or light bladder inconvenience issues.
