Does one need to buy a dark glass separately or wear welding goggles also? The reason being the class with the shield is not dark.

This hanh-held welding shield is INCOMPLETE without the dark glass. Without dark glass it is of no use for welding. I faced the same problem when I ordered this shield as it had not dark glass. So I had to buy the dark glass from hardware storein the market. I wish the seller or the manufacturer know this missing part and make the welding shield useable to avoid unnecessary problem to the customer.
