Three Jerks Filet Mignon Beef Jerky - Premium Natural Gourmet (Original, 1 Package)

My 2 adult sons love beef jerky, while I can take it or leave it. But this jerky is by far the very BEST any of us has ever tasted! And while the price might be higher than other brands, it is well worth it!! This will make not only a hiking trip fun, it will also make wonderful gifts throughout the year!

This was by far the WORST jerky I've ever had. I couldn't believe these fools are charging upwards of $12 a bag for this tooth cracking dead heifer. I saw this on shark tank and got excited. I went on Amazon to buy some. I got the cheapest bag I could find for like $12. This was the toughest, driest, most flavorless, I couldn't believe they did this to a piece of filet jerky that I've ever had in my life. If you like chewing on dead tree bark that shreds and finds itself in between every tooth in your head than this is the jerky for you! Jack Links is better than this snot and I BARELY like Jack Links. Just because you use filet it doesn't make it a superior product if you dry it beyond all recognition and flavor and texture. If you want good jerky go buy grass-fed Perky Jerky. These Three Jerks are wasting delicious filet and probably laughing at us while charging hilariously high rip off prices for it. They should really do what they do to their jerky and then throw it directly in the garage along with all their money. Maybe they should try making drywall instead.

I was underwhelmed with this purchase. After seeing this item on Shark Tank, I was anxious to try it. I thought the jerky market needed a premium product. I guess I didn't pay attention to the weight of the package when I ordered it, because when I took it out of the box, I thought at first that it was...empty. It turns out that there are actually two (2) oz of meat in there, although it seems like that must have been the weight before it was dried out. FYI, 2 oz = 3 bites. Three very expensive bites. I would have needed 4-5 of these packages to feel full, even as a snack, which would make the cost higher than most expensive steak houses for a filet (which would come with a nice atmosphere and a waiter and maybe a side dish or two). I found it insulting that a 2oz package claims to have two (yes, 2) servings in it, which then means that this small 2oz package contains 12g of sugar. Too much, imho, for a product that touted its health benefits. Further, the seasoning was so overwhelming that it completely distracted from the taste of the meat. The "Original" "Beefy & Savory" was too spicy for me and I didn't like the flavor.

I was truly hoping this would live up to the hype and - flavor wise - it did! The biggest disappointment was the amount of jerky in each package... you're definitely paying a premium for the cut of meat, however there were only about 5 pieces in this entire bag. It tasted great but I won't be buying again unless they add a normal amount to the package.

Pretty good compared to other jerky! It didn't blow us away with a significant difference, but it was certainly very tasty. We expected a little more after watching it on Shark Tank, but it was still good. Not sure how often we'll buy, because it wasn't mind blowing as compared to the price.

I saw these guys on Shark Tank and said that sounds good. Well, SORRY. If you take a piece of filet and turn in into Jerky, it may have some flavor but it has no NO TEXTURE. Every chew of this stuff turns to mush. IT IS TERRIBLE. I will not ever buy it again.
