highly recommended. Very thermal, hooks come in handy to get the shoe off. swells up a bit with water inside the booties, just a bit so when you get out of the ocean theirs a jiggle to your feet. good protection and leaves the feet unscratched by rocks or walking to the surf spot.

I’m a faithful Joe Rogan listener and like many other started cold plunging last year. Daily. At first it was a pod with ice and I graduated to a Grizzly 400 and chiller for daily ice water therapy. I love it! But it benefits the core and there’s no reason for the extremities to be exposed. At first it would take over an hour for my feet to feel right again. I could make the 45 minute drive to work and they’d still be cold. These booties solved this problem. The hook and loop fastener tightens them down and only a tiny amount of water gets in. And they’re skin tight so they retain the body heat. Order a size smaller than your boots so they’re nice and snug. I’m a 13, bought a 12 for these and they’re perfect.

I've been surfing for almost 10 years and have always trusted O'Neills products. Their quality, durability, comfortability, and easy to put on booties are unmatched. Takes a minute for the water to get in and definitely keeps you warm and stable enough to navigate through the most treacherous of reef and cobble stone breaks. The color always matches my wetsuit since it's black on black, never had a complaint, highly recommended....if you're a surfer! Yeeeww!!!

I wear a 9.5 in shoes and I decided to get a 9 in these. Best decision because it fits perfectly. I bought these for beach fishing. I usually wear an old pair of New Balance Minimus but I wanted something more lightweight. These split toes are awesome and they fit snug. The soles of the booties are thin so don’t expect to walk on rocks too much as you can feel anything you step on. Only time will tell how durable they actually are but it’s going to be fun trying them out. Update: wore them at Bakers beach today in San Francisco. 11/23/2022. Cold start to the day, and I was wading in the water (at times, a little higher than my knees) and my feet stayed warm! Walking with these on a somewhat rough dirt with rocks trail to the sand wasn’t bad. It didn’t hurt like I thought it would being that the soles of the booties are very thin. A little bit of water builds up inside but it’s not a problem at all. 100% satisfied with these.

Perfect, exactly what I was expecting. Water entry at ankles but not bad, feet were toasty. These have a thin sole so don't expect to walk on rocks much. Ankle strap, comfortable and warm!
