Victoria Taylor's Toasted Sesame Ginger Seasoning 2.6 Oz (Pack of 2)

I love this sesame seed seasoning mix. I used to buy it in a store but they don't carry it any more. The price, like everything else, has gone up a lot but to me it's worth it.

This is the perfect blend for almost any kind of fish. It would be great on chicken as well although I haven't done that yet.

VERY VERY SPICY...a lot of hot pepper flakes in this seasoning. I have digestive issues and my system cannot tolerarate the heat. I am very sad about this but that is how it goes. I will give the other container away and if I do use the one I opened I I will use it sparingly. Sad for me.

I originally bought this years ago in the markdown section of a popular store. I loved it but I never saw it again. I used it in stir fry and marinades and then it was gone. I never found anyone who carried it. I bought another spice by the same company but didn't find it nearly as good and that one languished in my spice drawer until I finally decided to throw it out. Then I thought -- maybe I can find my old spice by brand on Amazon using the name on this jar. And there it was! A little more expensive but well worth it.

SO happy to find this seasoning! Bought this at least 5 years ago at a spice shop, loved it so much I purchased more for my mom & sister-in-law. It became our favorite, go-to seasoning for all fish. Then we ran out & I could not find it anywhere! Finally, it shows up on Amazon. We are all so happy! I ordered 3 packs, so we can all have our own. SO excited!

I thought this would be a spice, not spiced sesame seeds. And it is very hot for me. Not worth the price for what it is.
