My feedback report for 'Floodlight Camera IP65'.The product detail is informative and compliments the ordering and purchase process which is also good.Delivery was timely and informative throughout.Packaging is clean and effective in protecting the contents. See attached pics.The set up is well supported by written instructions. However, the font size is small. This makes it difficult to read the guidance contained.This said, the instructions are an effective guide and support the user to help achieve the set up and use of the product.The adjustment is managed using wing nuts and screws.I found it difficult to access and adjust the wing nut on the light on right of the camera. Access would be improved if the wing nut was accessed on the left side of the bracket. See pic attached.Relating to the product features;The operating software is effective and easy to use.The image quality produced by the camera is very good.The audio system quality in transmission and reception is good, with an acceptable delay period.The PIR sensitivity is effective.The lights are extreme bright and instantly responsive.The software instantly reports all activations to my mobile device.I am very pleased with the product and recommend others to its use.The price is well set. I consider the product good value for money.Overall I rate the product at 8/10, but with improvement to the 2 negatives; increasing the font size of the instructions and changing the wing nut operation on thd right sided flood light, then my rating would be 10/10.

We had this security light/camera fitted and wired-in professionally. It performed without problems, but broadcast unintelligible messages to the world outside whenever we accessed it through the phone app.Incessant messages demanding that we subscribe to cloud storage were a constant annoyance.Finally, four months after we bought it, a pigeon landed on the camera and the plastic mount promptly snapped.We were never going to have confidence in this as a security device, so I contacted Amazon, who promptly offered us a refund.That sort of customer service is what keeps sending us back to Amazon.We ordered a different device from another Amazon trader, and having tested and familiarised ourselves with it, we've booked our electrician to fit it.

I like this as it looks like a set of lights with a PIR unit rather than a camera. I didnt want to advertise the fact that I had cameras. They need updating though as there are now better cameras and light on the market. I still like the fact that it doesnt advertise the fact you have a camera

Absolute poor service, will not respond to emails. If I could take them down and send them back I would, unfortunately I have paid for their erecting and would have to pay for their removal, which would be twice as much as I paid for them, so I have to cut my losses. The sensitivity of this camera is just too much, car headlights over 300 m away will set them off, a raindrop flying past will set them off, even I shadow from trees illuminated by the moon will set them off. There is no option to desensitise them, so you’re left with either disabling notifications (which kind of defeats the object) or have 100 notifications a night ( I bought two so double that!!!). Really they’re just not fit for purpose. Spend a little bit more, get a better product, I wish I had

I ordered two in the same day and they were delivered together. They are different. One has the ugly 3 white wires (which I believe is an earlier model)and one is neater with a single black wireThe neater one was super easy to connect to the internet Whereas the other was a bit more frustrating. However there is also a difference in functionality. I am struggling to master the newer model. It doesn’t always record in colour. It has -seemingly- no way to stop the lights coming on in broad daylight. And it spent a day refusing to recognise the correct GMT time. I finally got it to synch but have no idea why it wouldn’t respond earlier.The older model seems more compliant and once installed works well. It’s just uglier with the redundant white wires! It’s also less sensitive but that’s fine.I have been spoilt as I use Ring and find that intuitive, but in the long run, I hope to master control of this cheaper system. These beat Ring on price by a huge margin

Fantastic floodlight camera for the money!Great picture quality and light output, really easy to setup and install, the application is very stable and easy to use, 30 days cloud service is brilliant, night vision is better than another far more expensive camera I have at the front.Can’t fault it, highly recommend.

For the price it seems ok but the light sensor and sensitivity is an issue and will be asking for a new unit as cannot carry on as sensitivity set at lowest amount but light even trips in the day. Could use the timer feature not for it to come on but why? The video quality i very good though and as I say if the sensitivity and light issue can be solved great!

I have another camera of the same type , It is great as night light with detection + recording of what is going on.You can also use it as front camera with microphone in the day time.You can also specified time scale of events to record on the SD card or cloud [ need to pay for subscription ].Power cable is a bit short (around 2m) - camera got build in WiFi for old type Wifi system 2.4 GHz [Witch should be compatible with all systems ]I am very honestly very happy for this product and giving honest 5 stars , If some one got more question - I will try to answer.
