BT Elements Base Unit
Connected this to my Virgin media router (because Virgin are now using VOIP) When I phoned my house number, it rang as expected, so okay so far. The next thing to do was pair my existing Dect phone to the BT unit, but unfortunately my existing phone would not connect to the BT unit, although the phone said it was searching. After allowing adequate time for my phone to connect, I gave up. Maybe this BT unit will only work with BT Dect phones (I don’t know). Anyway a partial success story. Maybe I will return it, since it does not do as I expected. A nice neat looking black box.
