CAMELBAKMini M.U.L.E. Kids Backpack Hydration Pack

Bought the Camelbak (red checked) for our 4yr old little boy. It's ideal for little hikers and saves time having to keep stopping to take out bottles/canteens. Taken a couple of walks to get used to - but it's simple enough to use, even for someone so young. Backpack has plenty of room for snacks and necessities. Reservoir is easy to clean and fits compactly at the back and hooks into place to prevent it moving around. Would highly recommend for those who love adventures, also gets them used to carrying their own gear.

Ideal pack for an active 8yo but on the third use the grey strap on the shoulder strap came unstitched and made the cross strap unusable. I checked the other side and that stitching is coming undone too. These things happen, probably a Friday afternoon one so I contacted the seller to sort out.When I contacted ONOGO who sold it to me they refused to help as it was over 3 months since I purchased it and insinuated it was my fault.That isn’t how consumer law and sales of goods works in the UK. All this fell on deaf ears. I’ll contact Camelbak UK to let them know about the poor support ONOGO give and probably break out the needle and thread.

Fantastic and encourages my daughter to drink more when on the bike, hike and even on trips. Easy to use and too clean. Material is of very good quality and I love the design. Looks great

First day using and the compression strap snapped, tag is even still on
