Wasn’t expecting this to work
I won’t lie, I didn’t have high hope depending on this product as a whole because what product grantees fertility?? My periods had always been very painful and irregular so getting pregnant wasn’t going to be a quick task we knew. I drank this for a month leading up to us trying, lo and behold this somehow changed my entire cycle, ovulation and period. I wasn’t expecting this to do what it did, I felt more energized, less tired and stronger all around. Just found out I’m pregnant too. Safe to say it worked!!! I drank it with some honey to add a little sweetness but overall the taste and quality is yummy without too.

Worked for 38yo first-time mom!
We had been trying to conceive for about 8-9 cycles, and the month I began drinking this tea, we conceived my daughter (now two months old!). I was doing other things as well (will list below in case it's helpful to anyone), but this tea may have helped or been the main factor. Definitely worth trying. As others have mentioned, this does seem to impact ovulation in some way for some people. I always ovulate like clockwork, and the month I drank this tea my ovulation was a day or two later (maybe this was what was needed?). I became worried about not ovulating that cycle and stopped drinking the tea and then I ovulated a day or so later and conceived. I also ONLY drank a cup per day for a handful of days AFTER my period ended. I'm 38 and my daughter is healthy and perfect! :)Other things I did in case it's helpful to someone:Things I did in general:-Kept working out fairly hard but slowed it down and rested on days when I felt tired. I stopped running altogether and instead I did long fast walks and hard yoga. Husband worked out consistently to stay healthy.-I gained 5-10 lbs purposefully because I read that can help if you're athletic/lean.-Mostly stopped drinking alcohol, though there were small exceptions. Husband slowed way down on drinking too. I hardly ever drank during the two week wait.-Quit all caffeine (except chocolate).-Started taking a prenatal, fish oil supplements, and vitamin D. Husband took a male fertility multivitamin.-Used preseed, though inconsistently.-Tracked ovulation with test kits (I used the smiley face ones).Things I did differently for the first time the month that we conceived:-Used the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" and temped every morning.-I drank this fertility tea!-I did seed cycling in my smoothies, recommended by a yogi friend. It's supposed to help with hormone balancing or something.Pre-ovulation I added 1 Tablespoon of each to my smoothie every day:-Flax Seeds & Pumpkin Seeds (2T total seeds per day)AFTER ovulation you switch. Then I added the following to my smoothie every day:1 Tablespoon of Sesame Seeds (or tahini) and 1 Tablespoon Sunflower Seeds (2T total seeds per day)-I quit pretty much all added sugar and dessert (still ate fruit). I had a small amount of dark chocolate at night.-Meditation. I did free conception and fertility meditations from Youtube. I did them at night before bed and sometimes quick ones in the morning to put me in a positive mindset for the day. I think these really helped.-The other thing we did differently was timing sex. Instead of having just tons of sex during my fertile window, we reigned it in and had sex I think 2-3 times during my fertile time the month that I conceived. Once my ovulation test showed "high," I think we had sex the next day (after not having sex and husband "saving up" for 3 days). Then we waited 2-3 days and had sex again either right before or on my "peak" ovulation day. Then we probably did again the day of ovu or the day after for good measure. I think my fertile window was typically 5-6 days, so you can adjust based on if yours is shorter or longer.Hope this helps someone! I think this is the only review I've ever written...

Great taste and amazing
I love this tea. I am trying to get pregnant but I mainly drink the tea for it's taste. Easy to make, I prefer it cold. I will update if it has any effect on my pregnancy goal. I've been drinking it since January. Great quality tea bags. Doesn't calm or give energy. It smells nice. I prefer iced to so I put about 5 bags into a pitcher after boiling it. Then I refrigerate it.

It tastes good! I guess it’s always worth a shot and if you don’t like it, then you don’t like it?
I’ve only been taking it for a few days. I don’t know if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but I have been spotting. This tea really helps you relax. Like I had one cup and it just makes you feel so sleepy. It’s very good right before bed. It taste good. I had a little honey to it.. I really wish that it would come in a 30 pack. It is a little expensive but I do find that the quality is good, but I don’t know if it’s gonna do anything with my hormones or my period. The whole point of me buying this is so that way I can regulate my hormones again after my son and I’m getting older. My progesterones have some trying to work on that as well. I guess in the coming weeks or month or so I will update this review when I remember if it did anything for my PMS, periods or pregnancy?

Messed up my cycle?
Okay let’s start with my cycle: it has always been regular, between 27-32 days. Always. I have not dealt with missed periods or lack of menstruating. My husband and I have been TTC for over 4 years now, and I tried this tea a few years ago but wanted to try it again. I read the reviews about how it has messed up cycles that were regular/normal, but I never had that problem when I drank it back in 2020 or whenever I first bought it.So I bought it anyway, and began drinking it maybe a few days before I usually ovulate. I used to use OPKs and temp, but I haven’t for a while because I gave up on it. However, this cycle I decided to both temp and OPK. So with that being said, I have NO history of temps or OPK for the past few months so I have no idea when I’ve been ovulating exactly but get my periods regularly between CD 27-30 (sometimes 31-34, but rarely).I normally have temps between 97.3 - 97.9 pre ovulation, and I know I’ve ovulated when my temp spikes above 98. It’s been like that ever since I started temping years ago. However, we have moved to a different state and use the AC much higher now, so that could have an affect on my temperatures. Anyway, I started temping a few days after my period ended. I also continued to drink the tea about every other day, along with taking OPKs daily.Let me say before anything that the tea itself it’s VERY delicious. And I’m not a tea person. So I enjoy the taste itself.Since I have a 27-30ish day cycle, I would assume I normally ovulate between day 13-17. So I’m drinking the tea maybe every other day, every two days and am taking temps and OPKs- I’m not noticing any CM (which I have every month, probably when I ovulate), my OPKs are extremely faint, and my temperatures are low 97’s. All indicating I haven’t ovulated nor will I within a few days. From CD 1-16, nothing eventful happened with temps or OPK’s. This is strange since I thought I ovulated CD 14/15 on average. I guess not.I drank the tea from CD 10-20 (not every day).CD 17 - 97.57 temp (low, haven’t ovulated), OPK is not high. I haven’t ovulated yet, nor is there an indication that I will tomorrow.CD 19 - Heavy EW CM, forgot to temp and OPK. I assume I will ovulate soon.CD 20 - 97.72 temp (still low, haven’t ovulated), forgot to take OPK.CD 21 - 97.50 temp (still low, haven’t ovulated), light EW CM, OPK is darkest it has been all month, test line is darker than the control line. I assume I will ovulate the next day.CD 22 - 97.39 (another low temp, still haven’t ovulated), low OPK indicating surge has peaked than lowered.CD 23 - 98.02 temp, finally I’m sure I’ve ovulated. On CD 23, when my cycles are normally 27-30 days. So I have no clue what went wrong this cycle, if I’m getting my period on the normal CD 27-30 or if my period will be a whole week and a half late.CD 24 - 97.95 temp (a little low but it’s still higher than control line on the temp app, plus AC was on)CD 25 - 98.49 temp (this is my usual post ovulation temp). 3 days of consistently “high” temps, indicating I have probably ovulated. AC was on very low this night, so I was hot all night.CD 26 - 97.86 temp (low for a post ovulation temp… what’s going on?) (it was a little cold with AC last night)At this point I am on CD 26 and will continue to update. But since I have not used OPK’s or temped for the past few cycles, I cannot for sure say this is “odd”. However, the only thing I’ve done differently this month is drink this tea. Soooo as of right now, I guess I should’ve heeded the advice of the regular cycle gal’s on here and not drank this tea. However, I will continue to drink it next month during O time and update when I get my period this month. Really not sure when that will be at this point lol. Hoping I didn’t just completely mess up my cycle 😅
