I opted for sterling silver. I don't mess with steel or anything plated. This is bothering me as the chain is sterling so I paid extra for but it has very low quality sadly as this could have been a beautiful necklace. The shine dulled to lack luster gray and when my silver does that after a few years, it's crap and useless. I like sterling silver for it's bright silver shiny highlight and accent to my skin tones and undertones but when the chain and name plate don't shine up or hold like a sterling silver should, it's a shame as this is very well made and I love the plate, but the dullness and colorless gray is ugly to have on period. If you're not using quality metals and charging for it, that's sad as it ruined the whole item for me that was nicer then most sellers designs and customization. The silver should retain a bright vibrant tone and always shine right back up but I'll be returning this or getting refunded since it's just a basic low grade metal that turns green. Scammers.

The chain is bigger and heavier than I expected. The heart doesn’t really look like a heart, maybe because my name only has 3 letters? I paid extra for this to be sterling silver, but not sure if it is. I tried to return, but couldn’t.

Beautiful Necklace, I ordered the sterling silver, 14 inch necklace.This necklace is well made and very pretty.I got this necklace for my daughter for Christmas, she loved it, I ordered the wrong length size it was too short.I messaged Lifequeen to see what I could do to change the length, they responded quickly and asked me what size I wanted, I let them know and when I asked where to return the one I had, they said no worries we will make you another necklace, keep the one you have as a gift, I never expected them to do this, especially since it was my mistake.Since they were making another necklace my daughter wanted a different font and they were nice enough to change that too.I am posting pictures of both necklaces so you can see them,She has had so many compliments!Customer Service is outstanding! Thank you again!
