Very simple to set up. Outlets are surge only and battery+surge. It fits perfectly in the tv credenza and with it laid on its side with the white side up the outlets are on the side and very easy to see and connect vs. the older style with the plugs on the top. Set up the unit by unboxing and removing the lower battery panel. Place the red wire on the vacant terminal and you are in business. These units are helpful to prevent equipment shocks and shutdowns during power failures. In my case the backup generator kicks on automatically and these units prevent the cable box, Fios internet, Apple tv, and Samsung tv from shutting down and having to reboot.

This is the second time I have purchased one of these for my home office. It is well made, and the battery lasts for a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, it is often cheaper to buy an entire new unit than a replacement battery when it fails. I like the featured layout and plug locations. The price was reasonable compared to others I considered.

Bought to replace a similar unit that lasted just over 7 years. Used to protect my 5G gateway, Wi-Fi 6 router, and networked mass storage drive. Love this product a have a few of those along my 1500 VAs and smaller ones are protecting my isolated workstations and to be honest with you they are great for this type of stuff if you have 800W+ power supplies in your systems then these are perfect for those but if you have 1200W+ then you should consider 1500 VA options. No issues with these supplies on my end and I love them! I also use these at work for workstation protection. Highly recommend for any stations that have power supplies lover than 1200 Watts.

I bought this to keep our wifi router working when the power goes out. It has worked consistently with no issues. No complaints whatsoever. I will definitely buy again when needed but hopefully that is not for quite some time.
