Excellent customer service
I was looking forward to having a good fitting bra as I have had a partial mastectomy. Unfortunately the one I ordered was not suitable. The company immediately offered to replace the bra with free delivery or refund me. I had not asked for this as I had worn it for a short while and did not expect a refund so full marks for customer service.

Good but not quite as good as previous
I've always bought miss mary as they are good for bigger sizes. However I've not found this one either quite as good for Suze nor with the softness I usually find. Not enough to return, as I'm sure they will soften and give a little with wear. Just not quite up to the 5 stars I'd have given in the past

Good
I like this bra, but more for around the house and weekends. That being said, I’m a buxom woman...so finding the right bra to hold them in as well as not kill my back / neck and with a breathable material is tough. This is a nice bra, but I stopped wearing it to work because it didn’t tend to hold “shape” underneath my tops. BUT, it’s a very nice bra and I wear it a lot.
