I have shoulder length, fine hair. This has a lite scent, gives great all day volume. Not sticky at all. Very impressed with the product. I’ve had for 3 weeks, no problems with the pump.

Just got so no opinions on product effectiveness. However, like lots of other reviewers said, pumps on product don’t work. This seems to be manufacturer problem. Hole in pump is way to small for product thickness. I tried on in a thinner product and it worked fine. Tried to make hole bigger but couldn’t do it. Plastic too hard to puncture. I will put in another bottle to use. Don’t blame shippers.Have used product and like it! Works well.

I've been using this product for several years. I'm an older woman whose hair has thinned. This product makes my hair shinier than usual and adds a little volume to my fine hair.

I have tried many different shampoos, conditioners, and similar products to this. They said they would increase thickness and volume. None that I tried before worked for me. Due to that, I was skeptical that this would work. I have used this product for a week now and it works great for me. I am no longer seeing my scalp through my thin hair. I could see the difference the very first time I used it and each day since it seems to work better. I have seen some reviews about how it is sticky, etc. in the hair. I guess it is at first, but once dry it seems to be fine. I am using about 8 pumps where it says 15 though. I have, also, seen reviews about issues with the spray pumps. Mine did not work when I first tried them. I unscrewed it from the bottles, ran water through them for a few minutes till they sprayed water, then put them back on the bottles. They worked fine after that. I think if I was going to criticize the product at all it would be the scent. I would rather it had been unscented. I don't like scents in shampoo, conditioners or soaps or at least only just if they are faint. But I got used to the smell after a few days and it is ok. There are a lot of shampoos and conditioners with much stronger scents. The product delivered on making my hair feel and look thicker which was the reason I bought it. It worked for me where many other products did not.

I like the fact that it covered up my bare spots - I always have had thick hair and the Pantene thickener makes me have thick hair again.

Product is different than it used to be. Was thicker in the past and I liked it. This new version seems to contain more alcohol and is thin. After a week or so my hair started to feel very dry so I discontinued. I'll try it again but I do think it might have been damaging. Not happy.

I have used this product in the past but ran out a few weeks ago, so decided to try to use up some of the many other expensive products I had purchased to help add volume and control to my extremely fine, thinning hair. I have spent hundreds of dollars over the years on other products that just never seemed to work. Those products always seemed to dry my hair out, and leave it stickey and hard to comb through, which turned out to be the case again! I reordered the Pantene product and have since discarded the other products. This is the only product that works for me! Gives my hair body and volume without drying it out. Love it!

Actually, it made my hair feel greasy, and because my hair is fine, I don't need any help in that department. Just one more hair product I've tried that's failed to give me the the results I was hoping for.
