Eazypower 88256 Not an eazy fit
The head was slightly to big so we had to hammer it a lot to make it fit, three screw still had to be drill out because the eazypower would not fit. There was a total of fourteen screws and we did order the correct size.

You have to push VERY hard for this to work. May not be an issue with the product as much as that is what you have to do in general.

Didn’t Quite Work
Bought this to remove “one way screws” to remove security door but it didn’t quite work. Gripped to tighten but not to loosen unless I’m doing something wrong. Not returning because only $12 and maybe someone will figure it out at some point.

this works great if you have the right size for the head ...
this works great if you have the right size for the head of your screw and it is flush with the surface if it is sunk in forget about ,it is cold chisel a notch in each side and use 10 or 12 inch dikes which works very well and constantly .You have to apply a good deal of pressure and make sure it is the right depth I used a small rotor hammer with mine very slow revolutions to take out one way screws and as long as the criteria was met it worked well.

Suggest That You Avoid Purchasing This Item
I saw many people complain in reviews that they bought the wrong size unit. What is important is the diameter of the security screw head. It must match or you will not be able to use the unit. Unfortunately, the unit I was shipped was terribly defective. The piece of this tool that goes over top of the screw was bored off-center and at an angle. That is a serious tooling error and it calls into question what quality systems are in place at the manufacturer. This is a pricey single purpose tool for it to be defective. This guide piece also fit loosely around the driver so that when the allen screw is tightened it rocks back and forth. The clearance needs to be tight enough so that it is rock solid with the allen screw is engaged. I ended up returning this device because I needed to finish the job and could not wait for a replacement. I ended up grinding the sloped part of the security screws flat and perpendicular to the head so that I could use a wide flat blade driver to remove the screws. Easypower really needs to look at finding a way to correct these defects and prevent shipping a defective product to customers. I would not suggest buying this item.

The right tool for a tricky job
The Eazypower 88256 is well made of hard tool steel. This is the correct tool to both install and remove security screws. The installation of a security screw is much easier than its removal, which is the purpose of a security screw. The remover must be used with an electric drill that has a low-speed high-torque setting. To remove a screw, you must properly adjust the remover, keep the remover properly aligned with the screw-head, and exert sufficient pressure to allow the remover to bite into the screw-head. If you are not strong, or incapable of working precisely, this is not a job for you.I used this tool to remove the security screws that fastened burglar bars to my house. The bars were installed 50 years ago -- some of the screw heads were corroded, while others were buried under layers of paint. Using the security screw remover, I pulled about a dozen screws, but another dozen screws were too far gone to allow sufficient grip on the screw-head. I used an angle grinder to remove the heads of the refractory screws. And after pulling the burglar bars, I unscrewed the headless shafts using Vise-Grips. If I wanted just one tool to do the job, it would have been the angle grinder. But if I had to do it again, I would start with the Eazypower remover. Grinding produces noise, fumes, and sparks. I avoid the grinder when I can, but I use it when I must.

Waste of money no better than using a big flathead screwdriver
Better off using a large flathead screwdriver
