Broken package asking for replacement!!!

I just received this package and as I open the box, the bottle looked cracked/broken. It appears that it leaked out some of its content leaving less than a quarter left in the bottle. The picture and video posted, shows the crack on one of the corner of the bottle. Asking for a return or a replacement, but it appears that there’s no returnable in this for package. I need help!
